We bought new phones a few months ago and switched to them because we get better coverage in our neighborhood with them. I've not had any problems with their service. The price was indistinguishable between them and the company I used before for the services that I wanted. I haven't had any issue where they have had to respond to.

I think I am billed at the end of the month. I will continue using them in the future.

I am happy with it. The price is as reasonable as anybody else. I will continue to use them in the future.

I just hate paying for it. They are not very cost efficient, but their cell service is excellent.

Went in Verizon Store in Asheville. Verizon claims that the Stores with their name and logo all over them are not really Verizon and so are not responsible for misinformation. High powered salesman sold me new phone and said they had a buy one get one free promotion and when I said I didn't need an extra phone he said "it's nice to have a back up in case you misplace yours and it's free." Well the cheap phone was free but he put on another line with a monthly charge --- even when you don't use it. I finally decided to pay off the contract $130 (had already paid the monthly charge for several month. But if I had to pay until the contract expired it would be $189.81 more. Please don't be taken. I reported this to the NC Attorney General Consumer Protection Dept and was told that what Verizon did was questionable but legal if I agree without knowing the complete details.
