Did not get product we thought we were getting and was forced by a ranting owner to accept what was ordered .When I talked to the owner he treated me as if I was delusional and was very unprofessional.The installation was good.

I've hired Two Day Bath and Shower twice because they do such good work. This time was no different. I purchased a fixer upper in Jackson County that had a very outdated bathroom. Because the house needed so much work, I had multiple contractors working at the same time. Brian was so very accommodating to all of my scheduling issues, and very responsive. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the replacement, the house had some significant structural damage. Two Day Bath and Shower replaced the subflooring under the tub and insulated some exposed piping, at no additional cost. I can't recommend the company enough; they do great work.

Couldn't be happier from start to finish. Terry, Onya, Brian, and Scott (can't remember the other gentleman's name) were fabulous to work with. Learning about the products - making selections - installation - couldn't be smoother! We are thrilled with the outcome and so happy we made this decision!

I could not have asked for a better job. The staff is both professional and personable and very easy to work with. I was especially impressed with the care that the installers took to prevent damage to my bathroom and the attached bedroom. I highly recommend them !

Our bathroom is gorgeous, only exceeded by the quality of the installers, owner and staff. It was a true pleasure having the installers in our home. Not only is their work outstanding, but they have noteworthy customer service skills, kindness, patience and a total commitment to excellence. They could not have performed better on any aspect of the project. this is a follow-up to my review from last May. A couple of problems developed with the shower head for the shower they put in for us just after Memorial Day. I contacted them via email one night as I kept forgetting to call during the day - and remembering when I showered at night. Brian called us the next morning, came out a bit later, fixed the problem that could be repaired on the spot and contacted the maker of the shower head itself to get a new one for us. We couldn't be happier with the follow-up care we were given. This is why it's so good to use highly rated, local services whenever possible!

Due to a serious injury of a family member, we needed a safe & accessible shower. Brian responded quickly to ensure that the shower was installed before the injured individual was discharged from the rehab facility. After installation of the new shower, a small issue was identified. Brian responded within hours to correct the concern to my satisfaction. Excellent service from the entire team.

My husband and I will highly recommend Two-Day Bath and Shower to anyone who is considering a bathroom remodel. They did an AWESOME job in both of our bathrooms. In one, a tub/shower combo was replaced by a shower in order to accommodate potential future needs of my aging father, who has recently moved in with us. The other required moving a wall to install a larger shower unit in the master bath. I had high expectations and they exceeded those! That’s not to say everything was without issue. On the second install, after the waiting time for use, we had a problem with the water flow in the master bath shower. I called them and they immediately responded (even though it was almost 5:00 on a Friday afternoon) and fixed the problem (which was in the handle, not due to installation). It is obvious that they strive for perfection and were very apologetic about the issue. I told them then that the integrity of a company is not revealed by perfection, but in how they handle problems or concerns – and they again exceeded my expectations! Equally as important to me as the final product is the experience of working with a company. Two-Day Bath and Shower was a pleasure to work with throughout the process! From the first time I stepped into their showroom to meeting with the representative to working with the installers, I knew that each person was actually listening to what we had to say and truly cared about providing us with a solution/product that we would be happy with for years to come. A special thanks to the installers who both took time to ask about the needs of my father to be sure they weren’t blocking any paths or creating any safety issues for him as he walked around. Another example of caring about the customer! THANK YOU Two-Day Bath and Shower!! We couldn't be happier with our bath remodel. If we had a third bath, we'd do it again.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and timely manner our new shower was installed. Onya a was very helpful showing us the products in the showroom and answering questions about the install. Scott and Britt were on time, professional and finished the install in two days. The shower is beautiful and so easy to keep clean! PS....My husband LOVES the Pulse rain shower!

I was very happy with all of my dealings with Two Day Bath. Onya was great over the phone and when I went by the office to get an idea of how their product looks. Terry gave me a detailed quote for the work when he came out. The work was done on time, for the price quoted, and with pleasant interactions along the way. Our floors were covered with drop cloths throughout the install and the bathroom was cleaned up for us overnight so we could still use the toilet and sink. The finished product looks great and works great. It is a HUGE improvement over the late 79s, blue fiberglass tub & shower we had before. Scott and Britt who did the install also fixed a couple of other small things they discovered along the way for us. Everything was done in 2 days. We've been using the shower for almost 2 weeks now and are very happy with it. Before and after pictures attached. (a side note: I also called Bath Fitter and the person who came out refused to give me a quote without my husband present because they had a discount that could only be applied to an estimate that was accepted on the spot. We know about such sales tactics and that immediately turned me off that company. Two Day provided an estimate and left me to think it over and to convince my husband we should do this.)

This was an excellent job from beginning to end. The quoted price was reasonable and competitive. They showed up on schedule and were respectful of my property. They also finished on schedule, made sure I was satisfied and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Several days later they called to make sure that I was satisfied with everything; I was. I have not the slightest hesitation to recommend 2-Day Bath & Shower. I am glad I chose them.

unbelievably well. We wanted to have a shower installed; previous owners, for some odd reason, only had a bath in the guest bath. The bathtub was removed, as was the flooring. New walls were put up, water protection etc, the sides of the shower are absolutely gorgeous. The installers arrived as stated; the work took two days; the workmanship and professionalism were A++; they cleaned up each day. A rep came out a month ago to help us decide what style we wanted..helped us immensely with his suggestions. The final result is far better than our highest expectations. The rain shower, the glass enclosure, the shelves..everything is perfect and top of the line items. We know they will stand behind their work; it's a small company so they really care about pride and quality of workmanship. In the future, we plan to redo the downstairs bath--and you can bet that we will have TwoDay Bath & Shower do the work!!

Two Day Bath and Shower [*** Link removed ***] in Arden did and excellent job. Onya was extremely helpful in the showroom and on the phone. Terry did a great computer presentation in our home where we picked out all the component parts of our shower. I strongly advise customers to visit the showroom to see and feel the quality of materials and construction. They use "virgin" acrylic, a non porous high gloss material and 3/4 inch plywood backing. Scott did an excellent job literally tearing out and then rebuilding the new shower encloser. Brian, owner and experienced plumber, made last minute suggestions and upgrades to tall doors and clear vs rain glass that I think made a significant positive impact on our final product. This is a lifetime decision, not a car we're going to trade in in 3 years, so the extra support we got in reaching a final decision was greatly appreciated.

Everything went on schedule. They gave us a date and were here on time. That is important to me. The old tub and shower were removed in one piece. The floor was covered with tarps for in and out traffic. The installers were very professional and got right to business.

A fine experience from my first inquiry visit to their office/showroom all the way through cleanup when the job was over. Questions were answered clearly and succinctly. Everyone showed up when they said they would. The work was expertly done -- attention to details extended from careful fitting of the shower unit and the surrounding trim, to placing drop cloths down on floors. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. I would do this again with no reservations.

Perfectly! Scott, our installer for both units, was on time, friendly and informative. He made certain our space was cleaned up every time he left. The work was beautiful. A minor drip occurred a few days after installation; it was fixed within an hour of me calling to report it. Have no more bathrooms to re-do but would use this company again if I ever did!!
