The Garage Authority

Several years ago The Garage Authority did a polyurea floor in my garage and then returned and did my front porch. I have been so happy with the beauty, durability, and ease of cleaning that I asked about the possibility of doing my bathroom floor during a recent bath remodel. Mike, the installer, looked at my floor and said most definitely! The process took three days and at the conclusion, I couldn't be happier. My remodeling contractor, who had never seen this floor application done anywhere but a garage, was amazed. There is no grout, water resistant, a wide selection of colors, and very easy to maintain. The Garage Authority was contracted to install a polyurea flake flooring in my two car garage and I could not be happier with the completed job! In fact, the finished floor is so nice that I have asked The Garage Authority to come back and apply the finish to my concrete front porch floor.

On time, very courteous, and the crew absolutely knew what they were doing. Not only would I use them again but I would readily recommend them to anyone looking to maximize space in their garage.

Awesome!!!!! Thrilled with the results!!!! They had to sand off and old oil base paint in a large 3-car garage, then put down the gorgeous epoxy speckled floor. Nancy was great and her technicians very professional!

Nancy and the designer and estimator responded quickly, attentively, and skillfully to our call. Jeff & Ty, the installers not only did a great job with a cheerful attitude, they removed tons I had from our moving in boxes - huge help.

The Garage Authority did a great job, all work was performed as stated in the bid. They were prompt and efficient. They did a good job of clean-up upon completion. My floor looks terrific. I would definately use them again.

It was fabulous.  From the time Nancy came to give me the estimate until the she followed-up to see what I thought, the service and product were stellar.  I could not be more happy!  I would recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent floor and wants to be treated like they matter!

We recently decided to have our garage floor coated and to have shelves installed.  We contacted The Garage Authority.   After a visit from Nancy, when she did a very thorough job of evaluating and making recommendations specific to our needs, we selected Garage Authority to do the work.  We opted for the polyurea flooring system and shelving to suit our needs.  We are convinced that the preparatory diamond grinding of the concrete floor results in much better coating adhesion and longevity than does the commonly used acid wash.  The shelving is superior to anything else we have seen and is extremely flexible with the available array of shelf, bar and hook choices.  It has allowed us to bring order out of chaos in the garage.  The work is now complete, the garage looks beautiful and we are elated with the results.

We are very happy with the garage.  Everything has a place now - no more clutter.  Garage Authority was a delight to work with.  Everyone we encountered, from Nancy (sales), to the men who did the work to the owner (who also did a lot of the work) was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  The garage looks fantastic and is now one of our favorite spaces in our home.

They did a great job.  They did a spectacular job.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  They are polite, friendly and professional.  They are always good to follow-up.  They are always on time.  They didn't do anything to disappoint and I was pleased.

They were on time as scheduled, and did exactly what I ask in relation to the floor.
I would recommend, and use them again, although the cost was a little higher than expected, but then,
I'm sure I don't keep up with the "going rate" either?

I have 20 large totes on the shelving unit.  The brackets are powder coated and very durable allowing the shelves to hold 1,000 pounds every 2 feet and they look great too.  The cabinets are laminate pressed fiberboard but they look good and should last a long time and provide the needed storage for us in the garage.  I am having this company do additional work for me in a couple weeks.  That should suffice as a recommendation.  The products is great quality, the workmanship is wonderful and it all comes at an affordable price for what you get.

As stated above, the overall experience was top-notch.

We had some foundation work done on the corner of our house which left us with an additional small storage room adjoining our laundry room.  The floor was a little uneven and there were a couple small cracks and we wanted to tie the two rooms together. We contacted MonkeyBars of WNC and were promptly given a date for the estimate - they were on time, professional and very helpful.  We decided to have a Polyurea floor installed which is a bit more expensive but considerably more durable. I am so happy that I decided to have professional installation instead of attempting this myself since the machinery necessary to prep the floor was very specialized. We chose the sample that we liked, were promised an installation date and time and had a new floor in on that date. They left an industrial exhaust fan to clear out any residual fumes and returned the next morning to pick up the equipment and to see that we were happy with the results - even helped move our washer and dryer back into place. The floor has a 10 year guarantee - if anything needs repaired within that time period, the work and labor are free. We are SO happy with the company, the friendly installers and the results - an amazingly beautiful, durable and seamless floor. couldn't be happier.
