They did a good job but their prices are higher than other cleaners in town.

Without a doubt the worst experience ever. I pointed to the stain asked if they could remove guacamole from fish taco. They said yes. Came back a few days later paid the bill and bought the suit home. The stain was still there. I bought it back. Three (3) attempts later the stain was still there. Each time they swore the stain was gone. I would scrub my clothes with a rock in a river before I return there. The worst dry cleaner ever. It's amazing their in business. I wonder if they get any repeat business

I took in a wedding dress that had some dirt on the hemline from The Day. After signing a disclaimer, they said they would do what they could and it would take 2 weeks. To my surprise, the dress was ready in 2 days. Absolutely none of the stains had been removed and the charge for this was $150.00
We took the dress home and worked on it ourselves and in about an hour had managed to get all of the stains out with regular cleaning products. I don't believe that Swannanoa Cleaners did anything more than look at it and put it in a bag. I also had them do a tuxedo shirt and it returned with black stains inside the cuffs.
Swannanoa Cleaners may be good for getting trousers and shirts cleaned and pressed but look elsewhere for anything you want cleaned that is of quality.

They are very reasonably priced. They are punctual. They get finished when they say they will be finished. They are courteous. They are kind of a family business.
