Mr. Rodriguez promptly came over and then emailed me an estimate that night. We agreed on a date approximately three weeks in the future at my request. Mr. Rodriguez and his men were friendly, professional and very hardworking. They completely sanded the floors into bare wood, stained them and applied three coats of polyurethane. The entire process took about a week. Their price was very competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I will definitely hire them again if we decide to add additional wood flooring in our house.

Mr. Rodriguez is wonderful. I had to purchase 2 bundles of oak to add to existing flooring. They sanded and applied polyurethane in several layers over a time period. The floors are beautiful. The crew was helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I called Francisco and he arrived that day for an estimate. After hiring him he scheduled the job and arrived on time on the scheduled day. His crew went right to work removing nails and staples. They bid lower than other companies which was good cause I had a very tight budget.  They were super, on time, great job, no mess or dust and beautiful floors!  I plan house them in the next house i remodel.

Mr. Rodriquez scheduled both the quote and project and was punctual for both. He is a good communicator with both phone and email and responded promptly to my questions. And, my floors are lovely. He did a great job matching up the finishes. I am really grateful to have found him. His price was reasonable and comparable to the other quotes I received. He is very pleasant to do business with.

I scheduled 3 providers for estimates, Francisco's quote was the lowest of all three, though only marginally.  I decided to go with Rodriguez Flooring LLC based on Angie's list reviews and price.

We scheduled the project for roughly 4 weeks after the consultation.  Francisco and his team (I recall 5 total persons) arrived promptly at 0900 on the agreed upon date and began working,  They replaced roughly 6 floor boards (impossible to tell them apart today) and used filler to eliminate a few other indentations and/or holes in the existing floors. They completed the sanding and staining portion of the project on the first day.  We had originally planned to use a darker stain but Francisco's team cleared a spot on our flooring and provided sample colors for us to test until we found the most pleasing look, which happened to be just a clear sanding sealer followed by three topcoats of polyurethane. By day 4, the project was complete except for drying of the final coat. We were able to walk on the floor with socks on the 5th day.

Due to this pleasant experience I will be using Rodriguez Flooring LLC to refinish the upstairs area of the house once other renovations are complete.

Easy peasy.  I don't know what the cost was, because it was through ServiceMaster (there had been a water leak).

He was extremely professional, punctual and responsive to us.  They worked with our time schedule and when we requested a change in the final finish, Mr. Rodriguez worked with us to accommodate our wishes.  The refinished floors are exactly what we wanted and we love it. There is nothing he could have done to make it a better experience.

We needed wood flooring installed in a living room with old carpeting and that bordered our other rooms that had 20 year old wood flooring.  Francisco was very prompt in setting an appointment for a quote.   He promised to match the older floor and gave me good advice on going with unfinished wood vs. pre-finished.  We decided to go with the unfinished.  His price was great, so we decided to go with his company, and he was very prompt in getting us scheduled.   He and his crew were very punctual and did great work. I could not believe how fast they were able to install and finish the floor.  They were all very clean and very professional.
He also handled a last minute request from me to replace an existing threshold in another room.
I would definitely use Francisco again and would recommend him to anyone needing wood flooring.

The actual work went well, but when painter's tape removed finish from the floor, we were concerned after paying to have an extra third coat of finish put on the floor.  The most disturbing part, however, is Francisco's lack of concern for this issue.  All I have asked is that he come look at the spots on the floor where the tape removed finish and he won't even return my calls.

Francisco and his crew were great.   They were always punctual and worked with our schedule to get the floors done as quickly as possible so that we could move into our new home.   They provided a color match to existing flooring that was very well done.  They taped off all interior spaces to limit the dust in other parts of the house.   Bottom line:  it was all good.  We enjoyed working with Francisco and highly recommend him.
