I saw a commercial on TV, about Riddle's Fix All, Inc, I had already gotten 3 estimates, but I decided to get one more. Mr. Riddle came to my home for an estimate, he was very professional. He explained the details of the estimate. I decided to have Riddle's Fix All, Inc. to roof my home because he was reasonable, gave a Warranty, and his Insurance up to date, he also had reccommendations. The crew was very nice and respectful to me and my family. Brian, was very professional as a crew leader. They tore 2 layers of shingles off of my roof, checked the wood to see if any was rotten. They installed 22 square of Architect Shingles, which included Titainium Underlayment, drip edge, pipe boot. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all old materials. Riddle's Fix All, was very professional, they ask for No Money up front, after the job is finished we walked around the house to see if everything was done, Mr. Riddle made sure I was happy, before he got paid. The other 3 companies wanted half before work started, the other half at completetion. I would have Riddle's Fix All, back to my home to do more work anytime.

When we bought our house in 2009, the home inspector recommended we install a chimney cap over the chimney to keep rain/snow from seeping in. We hired Riddle's Fix All to do that work. While Brian from Riddle's was working up a quote, he "convinced" us to "fix" the flashing around the skylight even though the skylight had never given us any trouble. His exact words were, "I guarantee that it'll leak on you eventually." In the heat of the moment, we told him to fix it. About three days after he did the work, a big rain came and the skylight leaked - the first time it leaked ever. He was right - it did leak eventually. We just didn't think it would start leaking after he supposedly "fixed" the flashing. Anyway, we had to cover it with a tarp for several days until he could make the time to come fix his mess-up. The day he was supposed to come, he showed up 2 hours late and didn't even apologize. Another rain storm came, and guess what? It still leaks. Will we have him back? I don't think so. They should change their name to Riddle's Break All.
Description of Work: We hired Riddle's Fix All to install a chimney cap above our gas fireplace because water leaked in when it rained. While he was at it, he convinced us to "fix" the flashing around the skylight. What a mistake!

My experience with him was not very good. He ripped off our old shingles and put on our new one, and after it was done there was a leak by the chimney. I had them out 9 times and they didn't stop the leak. The last time I had anyone out here they made the leak worse and I had to fix it myself.
Description of Work: He came to rip off the old roof and put on the new one.
