Nova Kitchen and Bath

They have the best selection of cabinets in the area. They were very helpful in deciding how many drawers, shelves, etc. and the arrange of the cabinets. My contractor installed the cabinets but they can do that as well.

We purchased several cabinets for a bathroom remodeling job. A NOVA rep. came out to assist the prime contractor in measuring and made a couple of suggestions that resulted in a better configuration. The cabinets arrived on schedule and were all correct. NOVA also fabricated counter tops, back splashes and a few miscellaneous pieces. The installer drilled the counter tops incorrectly for the sinks and NOVA immediately provided replacements.

They provided design service, product and installation. Now, what I really liked was the ONE Stop service - they are really professional and kept me informed throughout the total process.  The cabinets tops are the most demanding since they have to a template after the cabinets and installed.  Most people do not know about this process and they kept me informed about the time and delivery schedule.  They provide a service that most box stores can not provide.
Recently (6/14/2013) I had them come back and do an upgrade to granite for the Master Bath. It went very well.

The product Nova sells is good and Ned does a good job installing, but the professionalism and responsiveness of the management of the company is terrible and I will not recommend them to anyone. Our small project took from December to April to complete and many exasperated attempts on my part to get even so much as a call-back.

It was a long and tedious process.  Nova has a great assortment of designs to choose from, but the installation was terrible.  Don quickly hammered everything together, screwed on the hardware and left.  He did not clean up the sawdust and bits and pieces and left rough edges and splinters around screws.  The under sides of the wall cabinets had gaps and other unsightly features.  Ned came out twice to finish everything a bit better.  I also had asked for the countertop to extend into a breakfast bar and one end.  The design and construction of that was terrible.  Not only did it look ugly, it wasn't level and there was a "valance" going around it that left only 4" for legs when sitting on a counter-height stool.  They eventually altered it and put in a better support, so it is okay but not as good as it should have been.  I came to the conclusion that Nova would be okay for a simple standard design, but don't ask them to think outside the box.  I would not use them again.

They came out and suggested a way to remodel a cupboard to install the tray racks on one side of the cabinet and add the shelves to the other side of the cabinet. This increased the functionality of my kitchen, and they did a very nice job. I did not get any other estimates because I wanted them to do the work since they installed the cabinets initially. I appreciated their innovation in moving the shelves rather than taking them out, and I was happy they were able to accomplish what I wanted. They installed everything very neatly and came when they said they would. I would certainly use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
