Arrived on time and did a very difficult install. Very old rusty water heater leaking badly.  Had to struggle to fit it into the old space as the new heaters have insulation inside so are fatter. Had to installed new lines and move a lot of things around. The old water reduction valve had broken so he installed a new one so the new water heater would not break. I paid for this separately. He did a great job, it took nearly all day with the problems he encountered.

It's been very, very successful. We had a new kitchen floor put in, which was very good. We like them well enough that we're planning on getting new bathroom floors this year.

They utterly destroyed my roof & my house. I thought, that because they were a big company, that they would do a good job. However, they used subcontractors -- three different crews -- and each crew was worse than the last. They drank, smoke, and did drugs at my house. They threw nails all over my yard, took gutters on 1/2 of my house, broke my skylight, went through two of my ceilings, and because I am a Master Gardener/ Herbalist, asked me if I had any pot available to give them. I tried contacting Lowe's directly but kept getting blocked by managers. Finally, I hired a lawyer and we sent a register letter to the CEO -- he responded to me the next day. He eventually sent me a check for $20,000 to rectify all the damage. I had to find someone else to redo the roof & fix the damage.

They were very good. They came, installed it, and put the old one away. It was perfect. The installation was free.

It was very good. I would use them again.
