The service was excellent. They were very thorough, on time. Cleaned up after the job was done, put the furniture back in place that I don't have to do anything. They did a great job. High quality of work.

We had a roof leak and Lightening Restoration responded immediately. They repaired the leak and painted necessary areas. Also retiled and Re plumbed two bathrooms, ( one shower and one toilet and wall) Staff communication was always excellent and quality of work outstanding! We highly recommend Lightening Restoration for any job, big or small!

It took us nearly a year to find the right company to finish a section of our basement into a beautiful guest quarters, including adding a bathroom and kitchenette where there was no plumbing for it. We simultaneously wanted our two main level bathrooms remodeled, and new flooring installed. Lightning Restoration of the Carolinas worked closely with us on materials and design, then did the work on time, on budget, and with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We couldn't be more pleased!

I owned a rental in the Asheville, NC area but lived in California. When a tenant would notify me of a problem with the dwelling, I was relieved to be able to call Randy Stafford of LRoftheC. He and his company would assess the problem and then either remedy it themselves or coordinate the remedy with a local provider of services required (eg HVAC, major plumbing). All work was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly at a reasonable cost. I have the upmost confidence that any home related issue can be honestly and accurately assessed and addressed by LRoftheC . I would whole heartedly recommend them with out any reservation.
