Liberty Locksmith is hands down the best locksmith company I have ever used! Gabriel is the gentleman who came to my aid and was the most courteous, quickest, and most professional locksmith I have ever done business with. I will be using them for all my future needs!

Arnie answered the phone himself, was very personable. He asked me to text him pictures of the door locks inside and out so he could better give me an accurate quote on cost of job. He was timely in his response getting back to me- calling me the next morning with his suggestions. I thought I needed new locks, he told me no, its more cost effective for me to re-key and my locks from photos appear to allow it. That's cool, he just saved me money! He offered to come out that afternoon and re key the locks. He even fixed one that had a broken turn switch so that it didn't have to be replaced. He showed up on time, my dogs liked him, I liked him- I felt comfortable with him in my home, He did exactly what he said he would. I didn't time it but he was fast couldn't have been more than 40 minutes for all the work, which turned out great. Locks work like brand new and he gave us extra keys. We will definitely keep his number for any future locksmith need. I am very satisfied.

I called on Friday night and ask if he could come out on Saturday and repair my broken lock. He said that he would and requested that I email a photo of the door lock. The email photo helped him perfectly match the lock. He came out Saturday afternoon and replaced the lock with an exact color match. The door was always a problem to lock. He adjusted the door so that the new lock works easily. The work was done timely and was reasonably priced. I am very pleased at how easily my door locks. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Liberty Locksmith sent a professional to my new home on closing day with all the craziness of the moving experience and all that. He identified himself by his uniform name patch and the truck displaying the company name and logo. We confirmed the locks that need changing and the keys I needed replaced. Everything I asked was done in just over one hour. He never got in the way of the movers and was very polite. I would use them again and have never forgotten their name Liberty Locksmith.

This was scheduled a week in advance. We discussed the work the day before. They showed up right on time. Excellent job. Would use them again.

The service provider was very familiar with old locks/houses. He explained some of the issues as he worked from door to door. With an old house and multipliable doors it takes time. He did an excellent job.

Great and efficient.

When I called, I talked to the owner and he was great. He said his son was supposed to call me in advance when he was coming and he didn't. That was ok though. He came and did the work just fine. He was supposed to followup with me on some stuff I wanted done and I have not heard from them. It was not very professional of them and now I will go somewhere else.

When I called Liberty Locksmith, Arnie answered very professionally and after asking a couple of pertinent questions, he let me know that he would be glad to install the deadbolt in my front door. He let me know that he did not have his schedule with him and would call me back with a date and time. Arnie called me a couple of days later, set up a date and time for the install and gave me the name of the person that would install the lock. The locksmith called me to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time and installed the deadbolt as requested. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. I will definitely use this company again for any locksmith needs.
