I took the blazer and was promised Friday as a due date. She did very good work. I didn't feel she offered enough suggestions on ways it could be done or ideas to make it look better. She did what I needed and within the time frame she had suggested. Overall a good experience.

I had previously visited another alterations shop (East Asheville) and was disappointed with both the quality, pricing, and overall professionalism. A friend recommended Kim's. Very attentive from the moment I walked in the door with having me try on & pin the pant legs as well as taking a close look at the manufacturing of the clutch to ensure it could be repaired. Before leaving she gave me a receipt/tab with the total cost (payment due upon completion) and date they would be ready. It took a little longer than I was expecting but it was over the holidays and I overheard another customer wishing her a happy and relaxing vacation so I'm assuming that's why. I will definitely take future alterations here - can't beat the location, price, or quality.
