Ms. Hagan responded within 24 hrs, setting an appointment for the next day.  She arrived on time and performed her service in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner.  She took multiple pictures and asked appropriate questions.  She answered all of our questions, then promised to provide the appraisal as quickly as possible.  The service was performed on a Saturday and she was able to provide the report in only a few days.  We reviewed the data and the results and found her appraisal to be very thorough and as accurate as we could want.  We would definitely use Ms. Hagan's services in the future if we needed an appraisal of property.  Her charge was right in line with others that we looked into.
