Excellent experience. The service was explained thoroughly. Personnel were pleasant. Work was done in a timely manner. We contracted for a year of service. Only negative was that the only service that was presented was the most expensive option.

Stephen is a great technician. I’ve been with Gibson for several years and Stephen is by far the best we’ve had. He spends the right amount of time on the job to get it done properly, but is fast enough for the job not to drag on. Very knowledgeable and has always provided stellar service. A true asset to the company. We plan to continue with Gibson for years to come.

The technician came out to the house, and was on time, and very polite. But when I saw the estimate, I just about fainted. $550 for a one time carpenter bee treatment, and NO guarantee! And if there are any further problems within 45 days, they would come back and do an additional treatment for $200 each time! This is not even remotely reasonable or fair. To make matters worse, the gentleman made a joke about being broke, and needing to get paid. So that tells me they probably work on commission there, which is naturally going to inflate the price of the service. NO THANK YOU!

Steven was on time, friendly, and very good at explaining what he was doing. He was professional and knowledgeable so my company will definitely keep doing business with Gibson. They did a termite treatment a while back and it is working great as Steven found no recent activity! Thanks Gibson and Steven!!

Steve initially came to the house to inspect and to provide an estimate. He made arrangements for another Gibson Pest professional to do the actual treatment. Steve then came back to inspect for the success of the treatment. Steve was very knowledgeable about Gibson services and fully explained the potential issue in the house. He provided much information and answered all my questions completely, He was also very thorough in the initial inspection to determine the problem pest. He was even more thorough when checking to insure that the treatment was successful. When he left after the final inspection I felt confident that the problem has been resolved.

Went well Had them followup after inspection done by another company, which had missed some infestation.

So well! Gibsons sent someone out right away. Stephen was thorough, understanding, knowledgable and professional. He explained everything he did and answered all my ridiculous questions. We had no bed bugs which of course was a huge relief! I sure will sleep better tonight. I will call Gibson's first if I have any future pest issues. Inspection was free but I was so happy I feel like I should have paid something. I am writing a great review here as a way to pay for piece of mind. I highly recommend them.

Steve was our professional and he did an amazing job! More people need to have the professionalism and demeanor that Steve displayed. My wife and I explained our situation and Steve was more than helpful with explaining the options and upgrades. 10-year termite treatment was done quickly & unobtrusively. Quarterly pest treatments (outside only) have gone well.

Great, the office and technician, Stephen, are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Glad to have them available on a yearly contract so that things are kept under control and if we do see critters, they're ready to come take care of them. Stephen goes the extra mile to explain what he's doing & why, what to watch out for & when to call them back, how to keep things from happening again (like the in-ground wasps), and cleaning up afterwards.

Excellent! Stephen H. is the most thorough technician ever to treat our house. He is meticulous about inspecting, treating, and explaining everything he does. He also sweeps spider webs in the basement and front porch with a Webster brush treated with a residual insecticidal powder. Since we began the rodent protection, he has all but eradicated the mouse problem we have had on an off for years. Gibson is fortunate to have such a conscientious employee!!!
