Excellent experience. The service was explained thoroughly. Personnel were pleasant. Work was done in a timely manner. We contracted for a year of service. Only negative was that the only service that was presented was the most expensive option.

Stephen is a great technician. I’ve been with Gibson for several years and Stephen is by far the best we’ve had. He spends the right amount of time on the job to get it done properly, but is fast enough for the job not to drag on. Very knowledgeable and has always provided stellar service. A true asset to the company. We plan to continue with Gibson for years to come.

Steven was on time, friendly, and very good at explaining what he was doing. He was professional and knowledgeable so my company will definitely keep doing business with Gibson. We have been on an annual contract with them for a couple of years and have not had any more problems. They are efficient, friendly, and know what they are doing. We would definitely recommend them.

Steve initially came to the house to inspect and to provide an estimate. He made arrangements for another Gibson Pest professional to do the actual treatment. Steve then came back to inspect for the success of the treatment. Steve was very knowledgeable about Gibson services and fully explained the potential issue in the house. He provided much information and answered all my questions completely, He was also very thorough in the initial inspection to determine the problem pest. He was even more thorough when checking to insure that the treatment was successful. When he left after the final inspection I felt confident that the problem has been resolved.

So well! Gibsons sent someone out right away. Stephen was thorough, understanding, knowledgable and professional. He explained everything he did and answered all my ridiculous questions. We had no bed bugs which of course was a huge relief! I sure will sleep better tonight. I will call Gibson's first if I have any future pest issues. Inspection was free but I was so happy I feel like I should have paid something. I am writing a great review here as a way to pay for piece of mind. I highly recommend them.

Great Experience! Mr. Cecil came out & did an inspection & walked me through everything. We scheduled 2 appointments- Pest Control & Termite. The two young men that came out - Zac & Shawn were really professional & very nice. I would definitely recommend Gibson to all my family & friends.
