First we took in a very old station wagon to spiff it up as a gift to a lady without a car. The employees were very polite and appeared professional. When we got the car back it had been cleaned but in the most perfunctory manner; NO "detail" work was apparently done and it looked very unappealing. My husband and I went to the store and bought interior/exterior auto shine/clean products and spent two hours of elbow grease improving the car's appearence. It really did shine up. We felt we did not get our money's worth at all. The second vehicle was a newer car we had leant to a lady with a five year old and a dog for about two years; although no damage was done there were problems with smell, debris and stains on the seat. When we got the car back from being "detailed" it was awful. There was actually dirt standing on the roof of the car; you could feel the grit with your hands. The arm rest had not even been pulled down because when we did it was full of dirt etc. There was a huge stain; soda we figure, next to the child seat location so WE used Resolve and Woolite to get it out, WE cleaned the entire interior and all the places "First Aid Auto" missed. WE shined up the interior and exterior and WE finished the job we had paid hundreds of dollars to have done for us. So after two rounds with this company we were recently selling an RV and, having learned our lesson, we cleaned it ourselves.

I had a deep scratch on my door (somebody keyed it) which required extensive work. The door had to be repaired and completely repainted. The area around the door had to be feathered in so it was blended. The work was followed up by a separate detailing.
The car looked brand new. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

The main person at the front desk was very cooperative and responsible. All in all a very professional experience.

Could not see that they used any protectant (Armor All) on dash, leather seats. Did not remove road tar from body (fenders), or tree sap on the roof, before they waxed and buffed the vehicle.
