They did such a good job. They were unbelievably professional and showed up on time. They told me exactly what they needed to do and when they were going to do it. They didn't charge any extra money. They were first rate all the way. The price was excellent and the quality was top notch.

It was a very hot day.....and when the replacement of the mercury switches led to a small repair to the motor....it stretched into another day. They stayed and called other resources to determine how best they could resolve this and get us back to functioning as normal. I was also impressed that even though the span had been 4 years since they were last here, he quickly had his office staff pull our folder and familiarized himself with what our previous issue had been before arriving. We didn't ask for an estimate as it needed to be fixed so that we could use the sewer. Asked for an estimate to run new line and establish a permanent correction to this terribly designed system. He was glad to provide, even working with us to lessen the cost using other sources to assist in the work. Even told us how to work with MSD to determine if other sewage lines existed below our currect ground level to run a new line into. Great education! We haven't gone ahead with this as it will be about $5k and we are operating okay for now.

everything went great. They said that a saddle valve is a bad idea for the ice maker and insisted on a proper tie in to the cold water with a real shut off valve. After doing some research, I fould this to truly be the best to avoid possible leaks. A little more money but cheaper than fixing future rot from a small leak that I may not ever see behind the fridge. These guys are not the cheapest but they can not be beat in the work that they do. I can not say enuf about them. If you need a plumber they are your guys.

The price was a little high, but they were professional and did a beautiful job.
