We are also (available for air duct inspections and repairs, dryer vent inspections and repairs, & wood burning fireplace/chimney inspections and repairs. WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY GAS UNITS OR GAS LOGS}. Our Company has been in operation and servicing the entire Southeast through our offices in Asheville/Western North Carolina, NC and Greenville/Spartanburg SC since August 1997. "Talk to this lady and told her to send me pictures of floor and I turned then over to flooring expert which say she had to use something besides water to do that to her floor. There was a vacuum in her room that is how the soot gets vacuumed up. In the process of getting back to the lady the bank informed me she had stop payment on check. This sounds like she wanted her things cleaned for nothing. Which in 26 years is not the first time. If she needed an answer sooner all she had to do was call."
"We went back the next day to check out her problem but would not let us in to check it out. Destiny took pictures of the vents as we clean them so we can show customer. If the customer does not let us check it out there is not much we can do. That should be common sense."
