Did a nice job with the pressure washing. When it came time to treat deck, there were footprints all over deck where it had been walked on before it was dry. They also sprayed the side of the house with the treatment and left noticeable spots. Called and told them to touch up deck and came after dark to do work. Very apologetic and swore that the deck would be made right. Unfortunately, I paid for the work with their assurance that they would return enough times to make it right. They were called twice and have never returned to finish deck. I learned lesson about trusting people's word and from now on will not pay until work done to satisfaction.

The representatives promised to perform the work within a week. Repeated phone calls were returned. Promises to 'look into it' were made but I received no further information or returned calls. After two months, I called to tell them not to bother doing any gutter work on my house. At that time they promised to refund my deposit. It's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for my deposit.
