I called Airtech Heating and Cooling when our heat pump finally bit the dust. Gerald came out immediately and was able to squeeze out another day or two out of the old unit (over 15 years old) while he got our new one ordered and installed.
He installed the new unit in less than a day and we could not be more satisfied! He was very professional, fast, and explained the install to us and how to care for our new heat pump. The new heat pump is much more efficent than our old unit and Gerald made an unpleasent experience (having to replace a heat pump) a very easy trouble free experience for us.

The guy is great. He did an excellent job. He came right out and took care of the problem.

Gerald showed up on time, with all supplies needed (he actually called ahead to insure he would have the correct filter sizes for our needs). Before entering our house he slipped on booties to make sure he did not track anything into the house; and continued to take them off and on as appropriate. He took his time with us and explained what and how he did things, offered solutions to a prior problem of a freezing condensation line (another company failed to come up with anything besides pouring hot water on it when it froze). Gerald even took time to go over our thermostat and make sure we were familiar with various functions.
