Joe didn't even run the drainage to the edge of the yard. instead he left it in the middle of my yard and now I have a big pool of standing water and my yard has been ruined. He never stopped the leaking in the basement and refuses to come back out to fix it. I've been texting him for months and months and he lies and says he coming to fix it but never shows up. All customers should be aware of this guy. once he gets your $ he doesn't care if the problem still exists or not. i feel very ripped off.

Outstanding work completed by owner and his sons. In & Out in one evening, a clean job without difficulties! I would highly recommend. Even drove about 45 minutes to my location to complete estimate - no locals available and the owner didn't hesitate to set up an appointment.

His price was by far the best for the same work as others. He came within a week. Arrived at set time, came prepared with all materials on hand. Did exactly what he said he was going to do. When he left every thing was cleaned up, and my problem solved. I would highly recommend you give him a call if you have a problem that he advertises he can do. The work was performed correctly and the price was great. If you want the job done right at a great price I highly recommend Premier. That said, it took approx 5 months from the time I paid my deposit to actually have the work performed. The owner advised me that he was booked about 2 months out and he scheduled me a spot. Then he called 2 days before stating that he would need to reschedule. I called and left messages off and on for approx 2 more months before the owner got back in touch with me and rescheduled. When Premier came out to do the work they did a good job and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with. It took 3 days to get the work completed and they tried to do it in such a way that it caused minimal disruption. After the work was completed, I had to out my basement back together. This included cleaning up the concrete dust, reinstalling a sink, and laying back down carpeting after the new concrete set. I asked the owner if he would return to install the sink after the concrete set and he said he could if I needed him to but it didn't seem to be part of the service. This was no big deal for me as I am quite handy and could take care of all this myself. For the price I paid, I had no issue whatsoever taking care of these items. However, if you are someone who will need these types of things taken care of for you then I suggest you discuss these things with the owner beforehand and ensure they areally included in your service. Frankly, for the price, you could hire someone else to take care of those things if you were unable. Some other companies quoted over $10,000 for the same service and considering I paid a third of that I am quite happy. I have friends who have been quoted as much as $20,000 for similar work. I would gladly use them again but just want to make sure others understand what they are getting. If you use Premier, you will get your waterproofing done right, by friendly folks, with no frills or extras. If you want to overpay and have someone hold your hand then look elsewhere.

Very professional and courteous.  Stepped us through entire process and setup date to complete.  Crew was punctual and did a good job including clean up.

Great! Did the work timely and cleaned up well after.  We had flooding in our basement after all the rain recently. This house was built 1961.  Joe knew exactly what to do. Put in a barrier, drain, filled back in with very little evidence anything had been done. Thank you Joe! Susan Culver
