Russell and his landscape team did a fabulous job. This project consisted of three phases. 1. Devise strategy and implement underground drainage system (modified French drainage system) with ability to divert heavy storm water runoff for 300 feet. 2. Construct rock basin on both side of driveway to screen debris and slow water flow. 3. Install Rainbird irrigation system (9 zones) with wifi capability to include regrading and sculpting for professional image. Russell and team were meticulous to detail, courteous and professional, directly contributed in outstanding customer satisfaction/service while exceeding homeowner expectations.
