We selected them among a  good number of real estate agents, because they did not just want to sell "a" property to us, they worked with us as a team offering their expertise in trying to find the best house for us . They were  not eager to secure their contract with us the moment we met like a lot of other realtors but rather started working with us to see if it can lead to something. They were honest when checking properties, it felt like working with a relative who cares for you, very sincere and friendly. They are both engineers so, they know so much about how a house and its subsidiaries should be made and taken care of, very realistic and honest. Our loan process took long and was complicated but they took measure to make it work at the end. They are a very pleasant couple and have become our good friends afterwards. We trust their wisdom, experience, honest opinion and hard work.

I have known and worked with the Palmers since 2007, for the purchase of a townhome in Cary. I have continued to engage them to manage it as a rental property upon my relocation due to employment. Mike and Monika were great to work with and helped us find our perfect home in NC. they know the area very well and Mike has amazing knowledge about the quality of construction and details that go into building a quality house. This knowledge allowed him to pin point areas and things that we would not have noticed in many houses. Monika is a great person to work with as well , very professional, patient and works to give us the best deal.

We were very happy with our experience. Mike and Monica work as a team and were recommended to us by a coworker. We were moving from out of state and buying our first house, so we needed agents who knew the area well and could guide us through each step of the process. Mike and Monica really listened to what we were looking for and showed us a variety of options, including houses that we had found online and were interested in. Mike and Monica pointed out the good and bad about each house, truly helping us find a house that we were going to be happy with and be able to resell. For instance, they discovered that part of what became our property was in a flood zone which might have required us to buy flood insurance, but had not been noted on the seller's disclosure form. We were able to resolve that issue so there were no surprises after our purchase. They were very understanding when we had a family emergency and had to cancel our house-hunting weekend midway through the weekend.
Mike and Monica worked with us long-distance to put in a contract on a house and negotiate a purchase price. We would have had no idea what to offer, but they drove a hard bargain and got us below the appraised value. They arranged the home inspection, pest inspection and radon test. They attended the inspection with us and were able to negotiate for the sellers to complete many of the repairs. When the survey revealed that the fence was over the property line, Mike and Monica negotiated for the sellers to have the fenced moved.
Mike and Monica were very helpful and patient with my numerous questions and were a joy to work with. We will definitely call on them again next time we move.
