I have always found them to be extremely honest, professional and very qualified and knowledgable of the local real estate market. Be it during my home search and purchase, or to search a suitable tenant, i have been able to rely 100% on their judgement and opinions.
I have recommended them to a friend of mine who had relocated to the area and was looking for a property and i have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a realtor or a property management firm.
They are the best.
Mike and Monica worked with us long-distance to put in a contract on a house and negotiate a purchase price. We would have had no idea what to offer, but they drove a hard bargain and got us below the appraised value. They arranged the home inspection, pest inspection and radon test. They attended the inspection with us and were able to negotiate for the sellers to complete many of the repairs. When the survey revealed that the fence was over the property line, Mike and Monica negotiated for the sellers to have the fenced moved.
Mike and Monica were very helpful and patient with my numerous questions and were a joy to work with. We will definitely call on them again next time we move.
