     We chose TCS for our second story renovation because of excellent recommendations.
     The project was completed on the original projected date. From the estimate and planning procedures to the final day we had excellent,  professional, courteous and extremely neat craftsmen.  We were able to go about our daily routine feeling confident about leaving the house when necessary because of the trustworthiness of the workers.
     B.A. Engles has an impressive background in the building field, is smart, efficent and an absolute joy to work with--always on top of every phase of development.

I have had many experiences with contractors who promise a date and then miss it by varying degrees. However, I was able to ask for tasks to be performed one week and the next week, they were accomplished!
For example, the painters team had to work until 3AM the last night to get finished before I pulled into the home's garage with three moving trucks beginning at 4AM to be delivered into the house and garage space. I was blown away that it was ready, clean and available for me to start!! That is the first time EVER that I have had such a huge project end on time as promised! Bravo!

Barbara Anne Eagles (B.A. - she prefers to be called) has been an incredible contractor.  I wish I had used her to build the house that I am now in.  She has a great team of experts from flooring people, to the best tile person that I have come across.  B.A. manages everyone's time so that no time is wasted.  The job will be completed within 5 weeks.  When you call or text her you get an immediate response.  All of her people show up when they are supposed to.  I felt very comfortable leaving a key on site so that all workers could come and go without me being there. I trusted everyone completely.

BA handled the job efficiently and effectively. She works with subcontractors and she managed them all behind the scenes so I didn't have to. Even though our job wasn't the largest she's ever worked on (no blowing out of walls, etc), she made us feel like we were top priority. On any day she wasn't at our house, she always contacted me to check in and make sure things were going well. Her billing is straightforward and there were no surprises. I would recommend her to others!

From start to finish, the project was flawless. Worked around our schedule and when the unexpected happened -- with a 45 yr old house every project comes with surprises -- a way to solve the problem. BA can handle any problem.
We've done other projects with BA over the years and every one was perfect.
We are comfortable leaving the workmen at our house.
I'm starting a new list for the next time.
