The move itself was not the issue, I had a dining room set (table, chairs, China cabinet and buffet) that I wanted moved 15 minutes down the road. I expected that this could be accomplished in 2 hours without issue as my experience with other movers had been less than that. Not only did this mover take almost two hours just to load the dining room set but they were late to the appointment by about 45 minutes. When they finally arrived at the delivery house they had left behind a piece of the set. And charged me for 2.5 hours of work. I wasn’t thrilled but I paid the amount with no issues and we parted ways and I arranged to pick up the piece left behind. I then get a call from the owner who asks why I was complaining and when I explained to him he was misinformed that I only called his mother concerned about how long it was taking them to pack he insisted that I complained to his father and then he complained about me not tipping his guys. I hung up on him, thinking it would be the end of it. His mom then persisted to call my wife which I had to call her and tell her to stop calling. This lady was essentially yelling at me telling me that I’m a bad customer and if I don’t have anything nice to say not to say anything at all because they are a small family business. I had to tell them to stop calling my wife’s phone. I’ve never had an experience this bad before. If customer service is important to you and you want to be treated with respect as a paying customer, you don’t want these guys.

We got the job done without damages. I never yelled at your husband or called him a “bad customer”. We did our best to please you, but apparently knowing that we a small family owned company you chose to “burn” us which is very unfortunate. It seems you cut and pasted the exact review your husband left. People know our company to be fair and very personal. I never disrespected you or your husband. I have worked with 2 other moving companies before Royalty and by far our move with Royalty was the smoothest and most problem free. In our case, we had to move out of our old house 3 days before the new house was available to us. Instead of having to rent storage space as recommended by another moving company, the owner of Royalty suggested that a more cost effective solution was to rent a truck to hold our furniture until it could be unloaded at our new house a few days later. This solution simplified the move and saved us money. The moving crew was pleasant to work with. They were professional and handled our belongings with care. Nothing was broken, not even a dish or glass. Overall it was a real good feeling knowing you were in good hands with this company. I definitely give Royalty 5 stars out of 5. If you want to look for a caring, honest and reasonably priced moving company, Royalty may be your pick.

Royalty did a really great job for me and my family. They took great care with our furniture and the actual moving men were very professional, polite and accommodating, I highly recommend this company. Not only did they do great work but the price was 20% less than everyone else I had gotten quotes from.

Fast thought it was going to be a 4-5 hour job job was done in about 3 hours! Such kind people to work with. They were a blessing to me and my family during a hectic stressed time of need. Owner was very kind in making sure everyone was there and on time and most importantly if I was happy with the work that they were doing. If your looking to move Royalty moving is the place to go!

Our move with Royalty Moving Systems couldn’t have gone better. We contacted several companies for estimates and the prices were all drastically different. The services offered were similar from company to company but the prices weren’t. You’d be surprised how little charges charges can add up with moving companies. What we liked about Royalty Moving Systems is that they listened to how we wanted the move to go and they didn’t have separate charges for every little thing. They understand Moving is moving. Working with them was kinda like moving with friends and family except they carry all the stuff. They were on time and got the work done quickly for a reasonable price. Great bunch of guys. We’d use them again and we definitely recommend them.
