This is the second time that I have used Dave's services and he is phenomenal.  If you are doing the project yourself, whether it be part or all or if you are using the services of a construction professional I have found Dave's service to be invaluable.  He provides professional, licensed construction advice if you are doing a project yourself but don't want/have the time for all the permits/drawings etc. or he can simply consult with you, look at what you are doing and tell you if you are on the right track, need to fix something or need to do something differently.  
He provides as complete, detailed plans as you want and will provide you a materials list, sequencing for the project(s) so you do them in the best and most logical order, validate or give you ballpark figures on what should be a fair estimate from others and even provide you with the plans to go out to bid on your project with others.  He if fully licensed and maintains current status on all codes and will make sure all the work is done properly.  
If you have a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel or any other assorted project that you are doing and either want someone to provide you with the plans or to simply validate what you are doing Dave is your guy.  His prices are fair, he is honest and responds in a timely manner.  He listens to what you are trying to accomplish and will work WITH you to find a solution and collaborate on what you want to do.  
I have had Dave do work for me twice and will not hesitate to call him the next time that I start another project.
