Peak Auto

Peak Auto has taken care of my 2001 Ford Taurus for some years now. I've used them for maintenance and repair work. They are absolutely outstanding.

Peak Auto has kept my 17 year old Taurus running like new. The work quality is excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient & professionIal. I have been using them for years and won't take my car anywhere else.

I've used them for about 9 months now. They do excellent work on all my vehicles. They are very easy to do business with, and straight forward.

Ladies avoid this BMW auto repair center. 
Convertible did not work after second use. The tire sensor came back the second day we used the car. Customer service was terrible. Called Peak at 9 in the morning and explained I was in a parking lot waiting for an answer. The young man said he would check with the technician and get right back to me. After an hour realized they were not going to get right call back. Drove home slowly hoping not to damage the half closed top.Two and a half hours later I was called. He read the information my husband gave him off our original order.  He said I need to find the crank in the trunk. When we brought it to Peak, we told them we had no Convertible crank. My husband explain in the first he had to do a make shift crank to get the convertible top down good enough to drive it.  The excuse the young man gave me was " he called some other lady and she called him back to tell him that she did not have a BMW and it was just human error." Yes, and lack of apology or  giving me any information on a solution is poor customer service. He was rude and condescending and hung up the phone. I feel I paid 750 dollars for an oil change and a car wash.

Peak Auto is my new go-to place for German car repair.   Knowledge, skill, OE parts, and OE or better fluids. And most important, EXCELLENT customer service.  They take much effort to ensure you're well informed of what they're doing and why, and that you're comfortable anytime you're doing business with them.   They explain everything they do, why they do it, how they do it, and WHY.  They're passionate about cars, and educating their customers.
They have a very nice waiting area with great amenities.  I didn't spend much time there, as they gave me an older, well maintained Mercedes sedan as a loaner, despite the fact that I didn't ask for or reserve it.
Daran is a true gentleman, and kept me informed of every step on repairs to my Porsche, and took me back in the shop to show me what they found and what needed to be done. 
I'm a bit obsessive about maintenance/parts/equipment, and they passed my "sniff test" right away.  It's a well equipped shop, with top shelf equipment and staff, including a brand new Hunter alignment machine. If you're like me, and buy quality vehicles for safety and reliability, and keep them for many years, Peak Auto is a great partner to have.

Peak auto is very professional from start to finish.  Called with a suspicion that I had a broken shock and I needed some regular maintenance performed on my 2011 Honda Pilot. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was able to drop my car off at 7:30 am. They gave me a loaner car that I drove to work and back. Called me mid-morning to tell me the repairs that were needed (and those that were not!) with a very specific quote for each part + labor.  The car was ready at the end of the day and the price was exactly as I was quoted.  They normally also perform a deluxe car wash but the had not completed the wash on my car when I arrived to pick it up so they gave me a coupon for a free wash on another day.

They are good and really dependable. They are consistent and overall good value for the price. They are accommodating and consistently deliver with similar experiences. I’ve used them repeatedly.

Peak auto took care of all of it quickly and at a price that was much lower than the dealer.

Very simply, Peak Auto is a great facility, that has a friendly staff, provides loaners, does all repairs as specified and does everything both on time and within budget.  They also have a comfortable and quiet waiting area.  Only drawback is that it's not right in Raleigh, but it's not far.  Compared to the dealerships, they are head and shoulders above.  
My car had the check engine light come on and off and the oil light come on as well.  I had Peak check the computer if there were any issues and they provided feedback upon review.  They also took care of some secondary issues that may have caused the lights to come on.  Also fixed the brakes as needed and provided my car back within 24 hours of dropping it off.  All with a reasonable end cost that would have been 40-50% more at the dealer.

Went well, finished the job on time and within the estimate.
