Very professionalism. Quick. Showed up on time. Didn't stop working until job was cleaned. Left space as clean as it was when they arrived.

The owner/paperhanger is an ace. The rooms he papered look beautiful!
He came to our house on time, worked almost without stop and finished the two rooms we had contracted for before the time we had agreed upon. He is knowledgeable, tireless and polite. I would hire this man again and refer him to my friends and neighbors.

The wallpaper itself looks fantastic, however the proper preparation was NOT taken for the job. When Jim had provided us an estimate, we had discussed all the things that needed to be done prior to the wallpaper being hung, including painting the vanity cabinet. I painted and prepped everything before Jim came, however he did not lay down a plastic cover over anything in the bathroom - hardwood floors, newly painted vanity, or toilet. Wallpaper adhesive got all over the toilet seat, spotted on the floor, and was on the front of the vanity.
When I reached out to Jim, he was responsive and willing to come clean it up, but said he was going to use water (which I had already tried). I ended up being able to clean everything with Murphey's Oil soap, and I applied another coat of paint to our vanity, however I was very disappointed with the lack of preparation.
The wallpaper does look beautiful, but if using Jim's services, I would highly recommend walking through everything you want him to do before hand to ensure the proper prep work is done.

They are excellent. Price was very good. Quality was good. Professional, workmanship and cleanup was excellent. He is very friendly, helpful in places to find paper. His prices is right on and very fair.

They did a great job with the powder room wallpaper. It was a difficult wallpaper to deal with and they had to charge a little more, but it was good quality work.

The work was completed in a timely manner, as promised. Every aspect of the project was very satisfactory.

Jim came out to the house at a time that was conducive to our two-working-parent schedule. He walked through the space, took measurements, double-checked the repeats on the pattern and offered to get back to us within a day or so with a material quantity recommendation and installation quote. He had the details of the quote to us within 24 hours and offered to see if he could get the wallpaper at a competitive price.
Due to construction delays, it took almost 5 months for us to get back to Jim for installation. After contacting him, he again worked with our schedule needs and provided an up front estimate for how much time he would need to complete his work. Once on site, he performed excellent work matching the repeats in the paper. He kept the work area clean and protected throughout the installation process. His earlier material calculations worked perfectly. When he was all done, we had exactly the look we wanted and no leftover mess to cleanup. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jim and Paper Work Wallpaper Service to whomever is interested in having paper hung in their home or business. For us, this was the second project for which we needed his services.
