I have used Molly Maid several times through out the years at different homes I have lived in. They are always on time and very professional. A quality service that I count on when I need a helping hand.

They've been really good and they're always on time. If there's anything that looks like it hasn't been done, I just call the office. They're personable and try to do everything just right and they're very nice. I've had different house cleaners but I really like Molly Maid and I'm planning to keep them.

We have been using their services for several years. I am very pleased with my normal crew. They are attentive and perform a much better job than the majority of replacement crews that have been assigned.

First time they came they did my whole house; upstairs and down. Their charges was $87 for downstairs and then upstairs was $88 an hour; they did the downstairs for me second time around. The first time they came they did both and they charged me more for that. I was not pleased with them. They did not do a good job. They go through each room and go through the motions of cleaning and they touch every thing as one of them said. Well, they may touch it but they don't really do a good job of cleaning and I was unhappy with it. The first time they came I have to say I was unhappy and I called the company and told him I didn't want them to come again and so he sent another team out to clean for me and gave me a free cleaning because the first cleaning was not done half way right. So then I had them two more times after that and I just decided it was a waste of money. I want other Angie's list members that they are not going to clean like you clean. That's just it. They are in someone else's house and they're not just particular. It was bad enough that I didn't want to spend the money for it even though I need to get some help. Price was not too bad because you get two women. It is $88 an hour which is still expensive but the price is not I complained about. It was the fact that they didn't do a good job and then I was paying the big price. The manager, the man that I spoke to was very prompt; when I called and told him that I didn't want them to come again, they didn't do a good job he immediately said we will give you a free cleaning. But at the same time he can't control what they do when once they're out here. They just don't do a thorough job. He did some one else the very next week and clean again.

We have used this locations services on a handful of different occassions within the last three years. Within the last year it has mainly been an overall clean before family came to visit. On all occassions they did an adequate job. Honestly, they did the same things that I would do on a regular basis. If you are looking to have someone do and quot;upkeepand quot; on an already fairly clean home than they would be right for you. Specific tasks that were requested were completed. The ladies that came on all occassions were polite, professional, tidy in appearance and seemed to work well within the time frame requested. They did show up within the window of time that was specified. Again, they just seemed to do more of an and quot;upkeepand quot; type of cleaning (which I why I did not give them an A rating) but that was pretty much the only reason.

They do a good job for the time that they are able to spend at our house. They're very reliable and they do a decent job in the time allotted.

Two or three people generally arrived on time and went to work. At first their work was good. Later they began to omit various tasks, even when I asked if they could do something specific. They would not dust under chairs, even if the chairs did not have to be moved. Porcelain fixtures were wiped but not really clean. Floors were wet but not clean. The longer they came, the less they did. We had to stop our service.

The house was not clean. A note with the bill was left to say that they spent 1.5 hours and that there were two of them. I believe they spent they may have spent that amount of time, but we didn't ask for them to hurry and see what they could clean in 1.5 hours, we asked them to clean the house. They cleaned the middles of rooms and did not do the dirty jobs (behind the toilet). I had back problems and a new baby, so I needed them to do "moving stuff" and "behind stuff" the most. They did the sort of thing I would do myself. We just paid the bill and didn't complain, so I cannot comment on how they would handle it if we did. The bill was much higher than the place I use now (and the people who I have now do immaculate cleaning). Be careful and specific in what you ask for. I would not have agreed to pay that amount of money for the service they did.
