The first time they came they do a good job. Later on, they skip rooms and cleaning. They failed to show up for one appointment and did not notify me. We had to stay available all day. They then tried to require me to let them come the next day. This was impossible.

Not a thorough job and although they offered to send someone next day I wasn?t interested in taking their offer.

Inexperienced workers sent. Took a long time to clean. Second team had to come the next day to redo areas that were not done.

I could not be present as I had not moved in yet but had a lockbox for them. Despite that they left my house unlocked with lights on! Blinds were left visably dusty and cabinets I requested cleaned where only partially done.

I had a really great experience, I was able to get a cleaning scheduled for the next day, as we were moving into a new home and didn't realize how dirty the home was. They were very helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Our 1600 Sqft. home took 3 hours and they requested a 4th hour to complete as they had not yet clean the kitchen or downstairs half bath. The home was very dirty so I understand why it took the whole period of time to clean the upstairs but was disappointed as we couldn't afford for them to work the 4th hour and therefore our kitchen and bathroom were left dirty. This was not anyone's fault, but just unfortunate. Overall this was a great first experience and will definitely use Molly Maid again in the future.

Excellent customer service. There was an incident with some damaged carpet on very first visit and they took care of it. There's some inconsistent arrival times, but it hasn't been a huge deal. They come and do their job working quietly and efficiently. Occasionally I find little forgotten things like a dirty soap dish in the shower or some dust in a semi hidden place, but overall the service has been excellent. Prior to hiring Molly Maid I had tried a few independents from CraigsList and learned a lesson not to do that in the future. I've been pleased thus far and you likely will too.

The team arrived, performed their duties, and left me with a shining, spotless, clean house. Extremely pleased.

They came, did a great job and left me a note; very nice. Actually the fact that I didnt need to be here and get home on a Friday after work for a cleaned home was amazing!

I had this company clean my house for over 2 years, and in that time, I had to call them back twice to reclean. They tried to get me back with a free whole house cleaning, and when they left, left soap spots all over my hardwood floors, forgot to even wipe down my island, and all the door frames and pictures frames they promised to wipe we're all left untouched. Will never go with them again. My house is over 3,000 square feet, and they " cleaned" it in less than an hour.

They did most of the requested items to be cleaned but not the bookshelves.
