About us

Established in 2008. After working for 8 years for Residential and Commercial Electric companies, Craig Miles got his California C-10 license in 2008 and started out on his own in the heart of Silicon Valley specializing in residential service. In 2019 Craig and his family moved to Apex, North Carolina. He re-opened the business and now services residential electrical locally in Apex and the surrounding areas.

The service was great. I had previously paid $350 to another Angie's List highly recommended electrician services company, which did not solve my problem. So I called Miles Electric based on a referral from our neighbor. The Miles electrician fixed the problem for far less money, and I felt that his troubleshooting was better than that of the other company. Since my problem was intermittent, and because there were several potential causes, the Miles electrician suggested he leave after the 2 fixes/corrections he made, so that I could experience whether or not the problem had been solved...rather than him staying longer and checking more things and running up my bill. I appreciated his approach in that regard.
