Baldemar (Owner) gave estimate on the spot, explained options. We decided after a couple of days to hire and was scheduled quickly. Crew and he came out, courteous, thorough, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and was a great value project! Recommend!

Loredo's team did an excellent job on mowing the lawn, edging and trimming shrubs. The price was a bit high. I texted and left several messages to schedule more lawn services. My text or messages were never returned. Very disappointed.

Loredo's installed a 50 ft long retaining wall at my house in raleigh. The crew did a great job with the wall and left the jobsite clean. Will definitely hire these guys for future work.

Loredos Landscaping crew did a wonderful job cleaning up our overgrown yard and pruning the trees. We will use their services again for future landscaping improvements.

Initial contact was good. The owner came out to give a quote. We agreed to every two weeks. His people came out to do the job, they did pretty good work. Keep in mind the owner saw my house my yard and my driveway. Two weeks after the first work, we haven't heard from them. I message the owner on Angie's wondering when to expect a bill and the next service. He messages me back that his guys didn't like getting into and out of my driveway so they would not be mowing my lawn. Okay fine, but I would never have known if I didn't get in touch and now I'm two weeks deep into my grass and looking for a landscaper. Very unprofessional.

Baldemar offered his suggestions to my original design and improved my design tremendously. His pricing was open and transparent. I added scope during the project to increase the length of one of the walls and he showed me how he would adjust my estimate. The final bill was exactly as I expected with no surprises. The the backyard looks great! I am hiring Baldemar and his team to do a complete lawn replacement in the front yard later in the spring. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Loredeo's Landscaping offers a tremendous value, they take pride in their work. and followed through on every request I made.

I am new to Angies List and used this service to find a landscape provider. Based on very positive reviews I called Loredo- landscape in Apex. I asked for a free estimate for a job on clearing my old sod and installing new grass. Mr. Castillo told me he would appear at my house the following day between 10 AM and 12 PM. He never showed up and never called. I would have been better served by simply going to the yellow pages and selecting a provider at random!

Well done, professional, service, done ahead of schedule. Exceeded expectations. All removed trees and bushes were taken at below ground level, leaving no stumps sticking up, and visible roots were removed. The area in the middle of the lawn where one of the trees was removed was reseeded.

They came out quickly to give me an estimate on the work that I needed to done to spruce up the property to put it on the market. The price for mulch installation ($40/yd) seemed fair so I called back and left a message saying that I'd like to have the work done. I was told that they were about two weeks out for the scheduling, which was fine - I had about six weeks before my house was scheduled to go on the market. After several back and forth voicemails, they stopped returning my messages. Since we were getting close to the market date, I went ahead and bought mulch from Lowe's and did it myself. I would have tried another provider, but assuming they're all at least two weeks out this time of year, I didn't have the time to wait.

Second time I've used these guys. They do great work.

Sod looks great. Did a great job in smoothing out areas where there was a lot of rocks, old bricks, etc. and grading down a gentle sloop making it possible for us to forgo putting in landscaping steps which was a huge cost savings!

Did the work promptly and well. Pretty simple job here...mostly delivery and installation of mulch and removal of a tree, but it was done on time and well.

They did a very good job. They left a little bit of debris when they left as far as cleanup, but the work itself was very good. The price was very good. I got three different quotes and he was the lowest.

Mr. Castillo came out, measured the lawn, and discussed the options for sod with us. We made a decision based on his advice and, because he indicated that we needed to wait a few weeks due to the time of year (for the type of sod that we chose, being a warm weather grass), they came out and started work a few weeks later. In just a couple of days, the old lawn was cleared, the soil prepared and the new sod installed. It was bit brown at first, which we were told it would be, but we maintained the water and in just a couple of weeks it was solid green and thick. It held up for the remainder of the summer without any additional maintenance, aside from the normal mowing. We couldn't be happier with our new lawn.

It was an average interaction. What I like was that they did provide an estimate right away so before they left they were able to give me a written copy of their estimate. They didn?t seem to be as informative as the other company but I had?like my confidence level wasn?t as high with the other company.

only dug some wholes for plants but done it quickly and on time. I will contact him for further jobs.

We had a lot of brush and downed trees in a wooded area behind our home. We wanted to be able to use this land and Loredo's came out and cleaned up and hauled away the brush and trees. They came out today, despite the rain, and did a fantastic job.

Did not perform the work as directed. workers mutilated bushes. new buds cut off. no regard to proper trimming of bushes and plants. left bare in many places. not very responsive when called to come back after initial work was done. Had to call several times. problems with sod. did not come back to replace bad pieces. Very unsatisfied with results.

Baldemar was prompt when giving our estimate and took the time to listen to some landscaping concerns we had. He was not great about returning some phone calls but the crew showed up when scheduled and did a great job. My back yard has never looked better. I will definitely be calling them again for any additional landscaping needs.

Came out and gave us a quote on a Saturday and when we arrived home on Monday the work was done exactly as we had requested. Prompt, efficient, great work. I would highly recommend them for your landscaping needs. We are very satisfied and will call them again when we need them!

They did a great job. The guy who does the estimates is very professional and helpful. I got a written estimate and it was a good bit less than other quotes I had received, so I was skeptical, but they had great reviews on Angie's List and a few of my neighbors have used these guys. They removed 3 huge trees without making any mess, including the stumps. A few guys came over and hauled off two truckloads of debris from my back yard wooded area, my yard's shrubs looked perfectly manicured. They removed my grass, aerated the soil, let it sit for a week or two, and the installed the sod. I'm a single mom and he spent a lot of time going over exactly how to take care of it. The yard was a mess before hand (I bought a foreclosure in a decent Cary neighborhood). The sod "took" over the summer, thank God for all the rain, and now it looks fantastic. I probably have the best looking yard on the street (from previously having the worst!). These guys did a great job. The neighbors are all asking me who did it. The only thing I would say as a criticism is that they got busy and didn't come install the sod until a week after they said they were going to. I didn't really mind this because it gave the soil more time to aerate, but it was a little annoying because I was trying to plan a few trips around then and wanted to be sure to be home to be able to properly water it after it was installed. Would definitely use them again.

Really impressed with their work! They were here for sod preparation to rip out the old grass in under 2 hours. Two days later, they installed new topsoil and sod in an additional 2 hours. Fast, painless, and nice results! The only downside is weather (beyond their control) pushed back our sod installation 3 times, but they showed up a day earlier to install, so I was happy. I would definitely recommend and use again! :)
