I called them this week and explained the problem. They said they would send a supervisor over to assess the problem and would be calling me back. I am waiting.. I can't assess the quality of the work, as the problem hasn't been corrected yet.
When they did come out, they completed the job in less than an hour.
Looks good from the ground, so I'm hoping they did a good job.
