It been great. We work full-time. Life is hectic for us. She very thorough. It's nice to come home to a clean house.

They do a very thorough cleaning every other week, are very punctual and do an excellent job. I will highly recommend and absolutely continue to use their service.

I have been using Lisa for 10 years and she is great. The greatest thing about her is that she is consistent in her work and how clean she get's the house. Even over the years as some of her employees have changed, the excellence in customer service and professionalism have always been at a very high level. I highly recommend her to everybody.

I only had Lisa's services 3 times. The first time my home was cleaned the job was very good. My only complaint was my one blind was broken in my dining room. The 2nd time the job was not as thorough as the first. And the 3rd time was disastrous. I thought she sent Stevie wonder and his friends to clean my home. Her pricing is NOT consistent. I spoke with a friend who uses her now and also 2 previous people. Prices are all over the board. I would not recommend her and encourage you to go elsewhere.

I can't recommend Lisa's Cleaning Service enough! The crew always does a fantastic job. If something is not done to my satisfaction (which is rare) they listen to feedback and correct any problems. Lisa sends surveys after every cleaning so she knows how her crews are performing. The crew lead regularly leaves notes and performs any work I ask of the team. They are incredibly personable and the quality is outstanding! Lisa's Cleaning Service and my crew significantly increase the quality of my life by allowing me to focus on work and kids so I don't have to worry about cleaning the house. Thank you!

Lisa's team has been cleaning my house for about 4 years now. They do a very good job. All of her cleaners are easy to communicate, with and they keep track of any special requests unique to my house. She has a very organized system to ensure that the right products are used for cleaning each area and that there is no cross contamination (such as a bathroom rag getting used elsewhere). They do a relatively good job in staying on schedule and call when they are running late or early. Lisa is involved in day to day operations and is easy to reach via email, text, or phone.

We have used them for several years and they have been quite dependable and good. Just the crews that she sent out always performed well, if we have a problem, we just mention it to the individuals and they take care of it right away. It was about $300 a month. They came out this past Friday.

I really liked her because she came to my house on a day that she does not work and that was great because i called a lot of people and they one did not answer or two they where not working on the day i called

The experience was great. She paid attention to detail. It was for a 3300 square foot house so it was a lot. She spent probably 6 hours. She did more than I've ever seen anyone else do.

Lisa's team cleans my house consistently, thoroughly, and quickly. Other cleaning companies have grown complacent and I noticed their quality of work dropped off over time. Lisa's team has cleaned my house for years with the same high standard that they began with. Can't say enough about how great they are!
