We downsized our home, and we are overwhelmed by the amount of things we accumulated. We needed a lot of things taken and did not have the time to do it. Junkluggers came out and took our unwanted items, so we could focus on other things. They came in and removed our junk, careful to protect floors and walls from damage. I was quoted one price, which was a range from low to high, but as soon as the man came, he immediately quoted me another that was quite higher. I complained that I was quoted a lower estimate, and he said he would readjust after everything was loaded. When he finished, he came back with the high estimate I originally received. I felt he was fishing to see if I would bite on his first estimate. They are shady in their quotes on their website, and in their conversations. I will not use them again.

We gave a range over the phone based off of your description. Once we see your items and can tell the actual volume, we give a final price. Which is a free, no obligation quote. We did exactly that and you agreed to it. Our pricing and process is clear, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service. We are a locally owned and family run business. We partner with local charities and do what we can to make a difference in the community. We charge a fair price according to volume."
