Excellent service. Obviously I used my insurance company, and they gave me a few suggestions. I looked up Howards on Angies List and saw good reviews. Quick response. Extremely polite phone service and the man they sent out to do the work was so nice!! Could not recommend them enough!

Howard's responded quickly the next day as scheduled. They did a very thorough investigation. Could not find a wind shield leak but offered alternatives for money saving solutions for correcting our leak. Excellent service and cost effective! Would defiantly use them again.

Spotted a chip on a Saturday. Located Howard's via smartphone app (White Pages) that evening and asked for price and appointment. On Sunday I was contacted by email, given a price and a 2-hour service window for the repair to be performed at my home. On Monday morning the technician called to confirm and gave me a 1-hour window (within the original 2-hr window). The technician arrived within the 1-hour window and repaired the chip in about 15 min. for the agreed upon price.Time will tell re the quality of the work but I'm optimistic!All-in-all, quite satisfactory.
