It was not a very good experience at all. This company was formerly known as The House Doctors of Fayetteville and received the ability to post up their ads/services inside of BJ's so I thought they would be a great company to have redo my laminate flooring. When the job was finished... there were gaps in the flooring panels, they didn't leave enough space at the edges/walls so they flooring started to lift (didn't have any space to expand once the flooring settled). The crew they brought to do the work took extremely long breaks and took so many short cuts to finish the job. I ended calling 2 times to have them redo errors in their work. By the time I caught the 3rd error (and more) I decided to stop calling. There was no point anymore... I was really irritated with their performance.
