It went great! I love their COVID protocols. I have been going to Harmony for 5+ years. I recently moved about 40 mins away and still choose Harmony because their care is top-notch. Any issue I have ever had, they have been very responsive. Honestly, they think of more than I do - I have never had a vet with this level of client communication. I don't even have a particular vet preference because the care is consistent across all the vets. Their dental protocols are specialty level. I have a french bulldog who has extensive needs. Harmony recommended pet insurance and it has allowed me to have her needs met and not break the bank. My other pup is 16 years old, and I am convinced that the care they have given him has added years to his life and kept him vibrant.

I started with Harmony a year ago, when my long time vet retired. Jody Reed is a vet at Harmony that had worked with my long time vet and is very good - we were happy to transfer to her. First few months were good - but it turned bad. My dogs developed a rash that turned into a severe bacterial infection. I saw multiple docs at Harmony - but they did not seem to talk to one another - and frankly did not read the notes on file. I did not know if it was a office communication problem or a doctor problem, but I called and talked to the office manager to discuss the problems I was having. Jennifer said all the right words but things did not improve - I would take the dog in but only part of what we asked to be done, was done. I would bring the dog back - but get charged for another office visit. There were meds prescribed that were changed after we filled them - it was crazy. It all came to a confrontation in Friday, when 2 dogs were brought in, one for yearly physical, the other for a recheck on the rash; We talked to Jen the manager in the morning B4 dropping the dog off - as we anticipate there could be problems - and there were. At check-in I found out that the dog there for the rash recheck, needed a distemper shot (even though she was just there for a physical 2 weeks earlier); and the info I filled out online, the clerk did not look at. I made a remark that "I was so Done with Harmony Animal Hospital and was very unhappy..." an hour later I get a call from Jen, the office manager to talk about the problems with check-in - she informed me the web form they send for fill in, takes days to get to them, so they did not have the info...and then she scolded me for "cussing" her girl out - which I Did NOT do - and she continued to chastise me (on speakerphone while I was at the hairdresser - others were listening). I ultimately hung up on her, and then drove over to get my dogs, At that point, they told me they would bring the dogs out to me, I got out of my car and waited, when they sent out a man who proceeded to Bully and scold me - I thought he was going to hit me, I was scared. It told him to 'get my dogs' 8 times - he continue to verbally berate me. I then pulled out my phone and told him I was calling the police.... with that, he went inside and 2 girls brought out the dogs. I was a good customer - spent thousands of dollars with them and recommended them to multiple people. I have since looked at reviews and found many where this type of bullying happened - and overcharging (which I had too - I was charged for items that were NOT done - they did remove the charge, but only because I questioned it). I can no longer recommend Harmony because of these negative experiences.

I have never met a more caring, friendly, organized, and, most importantly, educated veterinary group. I truly feel confident my dog’s health and well-being are top priority during her visits and during follow up calls. We love Harmony Animal Hospital!

I saw a great example of the value of organizational communication during this first visit - what a great experience. With our dog's ongoing issues, I saw good documentation, responsiveness, and accuracy at work. I also saw a lot of grace and dignity in the way this visit was handled - it was a second opinion, so it was touchy. Dr. Eve really reduced my stress, but what really made an impression was that neither she nor anyone on staff took up the opportunity to undermine a competitor. That spoke volumes to me. Most importantly, her experience has made the difference - our fur baby is improving and there are other vets right in the same building with different expertise, depending on which way things go. That is very reassuring. Taken as a whole, we had an outstanding experience. So we will be staying on if Dr. Eve can take us.

They are definitely competitive for price. I would use them again. They treat my pet like they are theirs. They are friendly, and professional. The two vets there are good.

I have been taking my AKC Champion dog to them for 2 and 1/2 years.  They are amazingly friendly and professional.  I first used them as a followup Veterinarian following an emergency surgery at the NCSU Vet School.  I had spent almost $1000 for emergency service at the Vet School late one Saturday night and the vet I saw at Harmony wrote me prescriptions for some medicines which I was able to use on-line to save money.  Another time, my dog counter surfed a whole chicken off of the kitchen counter and consumed it entirely in about 5 minutes.  When I discovered that, I was worried about the bones causing harm.  It was a Sunday afternoon and I called Harmony and was connected to the on-duty vet who spoke with me and took care of my worries.

This is a high quality vet in some ways, and yet there is cutting of corners in other ways. After my two dogs received their yearly physical including shots, which came to approximately $400. which was some 20 percent higher than I had paid in Maryland and New Jersey, one of my dogs developed an intestinal problem. Because the vet was very busy and I could not see her that day, I left my dog with the tech, and subsequently all my information came through the vet tech when I picked her up later that day. I asked for specific information about what brand and composition I should feed my dog (dry food) and my question at that time was not directly answered. The fee was, including medications, $100. Ten days later my dog still had been suffering from intestinal problems and i called and said the course of medication had been completed and the problem persisted. A tech again got in touch with me and said the vet suggested a second course and the addition of a probiotic. I later found out that the markup of the probiotic from normal retail was $14.00 This seems to me too large a profit margin which is unethically high to pass on to consumers.
The vet I met during the physical seemed competent, and the office staff is very kind and efficient. Still, there are other veterinary hospitals around here that I have good referrals now to and in the future, shall consider both expertise and economics since I live on a fixed income.

I was in the middle of switching vets when my cat became sick. She was bleeding and not peeing among other things. I called Harmony and they took her right away. I arrived at the office and they were so friendly even with an active toddler and baby in tow. They let me go into a private room to fill out the paperwork so I could keep an eye on my kids as well. I left my cat there and they diagnosed her and ran tests. They called me personally several times to go over things and took the time to explain things to me. I am so impressed with them and am so happy to finally have a vet I love. I plan to switch my dog over to them as well.

I've known Dr Jodi since at least 2008, when she was a veterinarian at another vet practice. Once Dr. Jodi opened Harmony Animal Hospital, our four legged family naturally joined her new practice. Dr. Jodi is exceptionally talented. She most definitely met her calling as one of the most loving, dedicated, and passionate veterinarians I know. I recommend Dr Jodi, and Dr Eves where ever I go, and to whomever I speak!

Dr. Jodi and her staff are wonderful. Very caring with the animals, always responsive. I'd have them treat me if they took people. I can't say enough nice things about this practice. They are just great. I trust them implicitly with my furry babies.

The staff at Harmony Animal Hospital is amazing and our family has had the pleasure of knowing this team for over 5 years and they are by far the best veterinarians we have ever known. Harmony's facility is punctual, clean, and embraces you as part of the family.

Our cat had to have some very advanced dental work done for he was in ill health. Both Dr Jodi and Simone were hands on in there care; giving us a complete printed report of the detailed work done. In fact, the staff was caring enough on the weekend to call just to make sure that everything was going well and if we had any further questions.
Great care and commitment to excellent verterinary care is my summation of Harmony Animal Hospital!

I like the people that work there. They are really nice and the customer service is really nice. They are a little pricey. I can go online and submit a date that I would like to make an appointment; I don't have to call them.

We moved to the area about a year ago, and soon afterwards got our puppy. We can't imagine better care for our dog than what we receive from Dr. Jodi, and Dr. Eve (especially!) at Harmony. Our dog is EXCITED to go to the Vet's office, we've never experienced that anywhere else. Everyone on staff is wonderful. We can always schedule an appointment that is convenient for us, we've never been kept waiting at our appointment time. The staff and Dr. always take time to make sure we understand exactly what our options are for our dog's care. We feel like we really get personal service there, we're recognized by the front desk staff (even if we stop by for a refill without a prior appointment) and we're always treated with respect. We recommend Harmony to everyone we know!

They are very thorough, friendly, and really concerned about the pets health.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Jodi since we moved to NC in 2006 and we were THRILLED when she opened her own practice. Our dogs have, unfortunately, needed an above average amount of vet care due to a three knee surgeries between the two of them. Dr. Jodi has been there every step of the way through all of this and has given our dogs, and us, an unbelieveable amount of care and concern. She knows our dogs completely, their quirks and what is good specifically for them. We can always trust her to make the best decision for our pups, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will do the research and find out. She once contacted the author of a clinical trial for more information in order to make the best treatment decision. Opening her own practice has allowed her to build a practice where everyone cares just as much as she does, even the receptionists! We highly recommend Harmony Animal Hospital and we would never take our dogs anywhere else!

They are very personal. They are not the cheapest and they are not the most expensive. The office staff is very friendly.
