It went well. She seemed fine when we picked her up, and played well with other dogs, they said. The time with other dogs is good for exercise and socialization for our dog.

Excellent. We were so nervous dropping our puppy off for the first time without us but they said we could call to check on him whenever we wanted. He was so nervous about meeting other dogs at first but then just ended up having a blast. He gets so excited now when we drop him off. They don't charge me extra to give him our own food and it is only a few extra dollars for a late night potty break and an additional puppy playtime. I only wish they had a swimming pool for the pups in the summer.

We are so glad we found Green Level a number of years ago and would not consider taking our dog anywhere else! They treat each dog like their own and always provide a super clean and comfortable experience for each dog. Our dog is now 10 years old and they have a special and quot;older dogand quot; area where he stays. He comes home with energy and a voice unlike other places we took him too. It used to take him at least a week to get his voice back and we knew that is because he was barking 24/7. At Green Level he comes home with a voice so we know that he has a chance to rest while he is there. They really are the best!

I had used this kennel on a regular basis back in the 1990s and found it to be adequate but not particularly outstanding in quality. For many years afterwards, I used a private pet-sitter, but when my pet-sitter became ill and no longer in the business, I again called Green Level. I found that GL was under new ownership and had been completely renovated some years ago. I went for an unannounced visit and was given a complete tour of the facilities, which appeared clean and smelled pleasant. One big positive for me is that the owners live on the kennel premises. The price is about average for this area, and there was no extra charge for medicine administration (which one of my dogs needed) or for special feeding needs. I was encouraged to bring my dogs' regular food, pre-measured into meal size portions, but they will also provide food if you prefer. They have a refrigerator in the food prep area, so if you have a diet that needs that. There are 2 kennel buildings. One is the and quot;regularand quot; area with large runs of sufficient size for 2 medium size dogs. The 2nd area is a smaller bldg. with smaller runs. This is the and quot;quietand quot; area where older, shy, or special needs dogs can stay. Even though I had hoped to board my 2 together for the 2nd pet discount, I opted for the quieter, less chaotic atmosphere of the smaller runs (one of my dogs is a senior), which were not large enough for 2 dogs the size of mine (springer spaniels). The kennel staff were very accommodating about making sure my 2 were in adjacent runs, where they could see each other. I had the option of letting my dogs be in the group exercise yard or have private play time. Overall, I was quite pleased with our experience there. The staff shared a couple of anecdotes about the dogs behavior, which were spot on, and which made me think the staff had really been paying attention to my pets. My main negative comment is that the bedding I had sent for my male dog had obviously been urinated on several times and left in his run. I don't necessarily expect the staff to do laundry duty, but I wish they could have at least hosed it off and hung it on the kennel gate to dry, instead of letting the dog have soiled bedding in his run. The other negative is the kennel does not allow intact females who are in season, which can result in a real dilemma if your female comes in heat unexpectedly at vacation time, and you are forced to make alternate plans.

Good experience. I'm pleased to have found this facility.

My dog LOVES this kennel. He gets to play with other dogs 3 times a day, for no additional daily cost. They give free baths after a long stay, which is nice. He's always happy to go - his tail wags and he's happy when we take him there. That says a lot about his experiences at this kennel.

They have large kennels. They are reasonable priced. They are very clean. They also offer some doggie day care. They are responsive to the customer needs.

For three years Green Level has been my first choice in boarding. In this area they are well known and a lot of people use them. They have a large exercise area which is great for active dogs.

The staff at Green Level have always been caring and professional. Their prices are reasonable compared with other kennels.
