I can't ask for a better experience. Eco Pro worked with me to schedule delivery of the soil when I could be available, delivered right on time, was very conscientious about where the truck should go on the driveway/lawn to deliver as close to where we wanted it as possible. Price was very reasonable and the quality of the soil is top notch. No sticks, roots, rocks, anything. Just pure, rich topsoil.

I called and spoke with Carolyn who was very helpful.  She told me when they could come and do the job but I wasn't going to be in town.  Since the times I'm in town are limited, she accommodated the dates I would be at my home and worked me into their schedule.  I was so appreciative since my beds were in dire need of mulch as the weeds were taking over.  The truck arrived within the timeframe I was given and they immediately went to work.  Since it was 38 CY, it took hours and hours of work but the two young men who came worked the whole time and were very polite and courteous.  They cleaned up, tamped the beds and everything looked pristine when they left.  I will definitely be calling Eco Pro Mulch and Erosion Control the next time I need mulch.  They actually brought 3 CY more than I asked for which was a good thing since I used all they had being I didn't really know how much I would need.  They also only charge for what you end up using so if it's less than you asked for, no problem.

When I called, she was able to schedule me for the same day.  However, she told me that he would be here around 10:30, and he didn't show up until 11:25.  It wouldn't have been a problem if I wouldn't have had a meeting that started at 11:30!
He dumped the mulch, and I wrote the check within 15 minutes.

After calling several other companies, I decided to use the services of Eco Pro after Carolyn thoroughly explained all my options. All my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. They were on time, prompt and very courteous. John and his crew showed up for the initial installation and was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job on not only the installation but the clean up as well. I will definitely call Carolyn again at Eco Pro for my next mulch installation!

I was very impressed by this company. When I first called in, the lady that answered the phone was extremely helpful. She explained the entire process to me. I had never heard of a mulch blowing truck so was pretty interested in seeing how the process went. The morning that I had the installation scheduled, the crew arrived and made quick work of getting my mulch installed. When they were completed (in less than 2 hours!) they cleaned up and everything looked great!! I would definitely call them again and plan to never spread mulch myself again!

We had Eco Pro come out June of 2013 to do several different applications. We had mulch blown in around the house and the various flower beds and compost blown in over the lawn to enrich the soil. We also had playground mulch blown into the swing set area. They came at the scheduled time and cleaned up any mulch that might have gotten onto the driveway / sidewalk. Everything looked beautiful when they were done! I've scheduled them to come back again this week to mulch the beds and around the house again. Carolyn was very easy to talk to and made sure she understood our needs. The guys that came out to do the job were very nice and professional and left our place looking beautiful!

Easy - we called, they came and installed our mulch with their big blower truck and hoses, and the yard looks great. They were prompt, polite, professional and we are happy with the results.

We needed a 40' x 20' section of our yard filled with mulch to an average depth of around 8 inches. There was a slight slope, so less at one corner, more at another. We are planning to put a playset for our children in there, and so got 22 cubic yards of EcoPro's playground fill mulch delivered and installed. One complicating factor for me is a long driveway that has a bit of a hump and a short but steep dropoff that makes it difficult for most delivery trucks to traverse. EcoPro has blower trucks with 300' hoses, so they were able to park at the top of the driveway, run the hose to my backyard, and blow the mulch into the marked-off area. It took around an hour to complete, and the area was nice and level without much mulch at all landing outside the area. This was much easier than me trying to cart 22 cubic yards by wheelbarrow all the way into the backyard. The price was very competitive with delivery only a small premium over what other places charge for the mulch alone, at least compared to the labor it saved me. I could have saved somewhere around $8 - $12 / yard to have it delivered to the top of the driveway from other places, but the time savings was worth more than that to me. The mulch appears to be high quality as well. Definitely soft to walk around, which is important for the playset. My neighbor also commented that it smelled much better than other mulch they get when they do their garden, if that's important to anyone else out there. Very pleased with the price, service, and timeliness for as big a job as we needed done.

I was extremely pleased with the work and impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the two-member team that delivered and spread the mulch. The two men and Carolyn (the Eco Pro employee who arranged for the delivery) were very considerate and helpful in helping me determine how much mulch I needed and where it should be placed. They also showed me several things that I could do to save some money on the delivery and spreading of the mulch. Further, Eco Pro was willing to deliver and spread the mulch for $10.00 less per cu yd than the other bidder. I will definitely use Eco Pro in the future.

What's really interesting about this company is that they bring the mulch in a big truck, they have a big hose and they actually blow it into the places that you want your mulch in. It is very neat. Actually, it is the same price as calling per cubic yard as having somebody just deliver it and you're having to wheelbarrow it all around. We had triple shredded mulch delivered and it was like I said they actually blew it in and everything for the same price as other company would charge you just for the mulch itself. There was a little bit of a scheduling snafu but the owner called and she knew that we were selling our house so they came over and made sure they got it done before a week I had to open house. I would absolutely use their services again if needed.
