Cathy Cuddington (owner of Dogwood Designs) came to my house and we discussed a variety of ideas.
She left with my ideas and began the design process.
Within a week, Cathy emailed me her design ideas. Through email we discussed the design ideas and we chose several fabric choices for our next meeting.
Cathy came to my house a second time, we went through fabric samples and finalized the design, the colors, patterns and fabric.
Three to four weeks later, Cathy arrived at my house with her installer and my beautiful, custom curtains. Ken (her installer) was absolutely meticulous with the installation! Everything came out picture perfect - EXACTLY what i asked for and EXACTLY what i expected. The quality of the curtains - all custom sewn - was stellar. These are one-off works of art!
Throughout the process, Cathy maintained excellent communications with me and was extremely prompt in replying to my questions and ideas.
Dogwood Designs did a spectacular job. I will absolutely use them again when i?m ready to do other rooms in my house.

Cathy was prompt and professional.  She was easy to talk to and full of great information. She spent over an hour taking measurements to ensure a perfect fit.  A few weeks later she returned with the perfect slipcover.

Cathy came to our home and created a fabric pattern that fit exactly half of the sofa.  She also took measurements for the three new back cushions  that would be needed.  Cathy helped me select the fabric with a view to our need to launder the slipcover, there being a dog in the family.  The new back cushions were ordered from a supplier she works with in South Carolina, and the fabric was pre-washed and the edges serged.  Last Saturday the slipcover arrived - it is a perfect fit.  The color is just right, picking up the blue from the carpet, and the sofa looks as though it has been reupholstered.  I am delighted with the outcome.  Cathy is a delight to work with, and I strongly recommend her - visit her website to view her gallery of photos.

The owner of Dogwood Designs, Cathy, was the person I spoke to and she was so polite and soft spoken. I told her upfront what our budget was and she immediately responded and said that she would work with us according to our budget. Cathy came to our house and was very punctual for the initial visit, she showed us samples and we were very pleased with the quality of the material. Cathy also made a 2nd special visit just to bring us some more samples. We were so pleased with the curtains in my daughter's nursery and our hallway door windows. The installation was also well done and the installer (Kent) was also very professional. Their cost was reasonable too. We will definitely use their services in the near future.
