+ -1 moreI have shopped the shoe department at Dick's several times. Each time has been a disappointment and and example of how NOT to provide customer service. First, the department is always understaffed - it's difficult to find someone to help you. When you do finally get someone to bring you a box of shoes - that's all they do. Deliver.a.box. of. shoes. No help with fit, function, advice on alternative styles. Nothing. I would be surprised if the staff knew the difference between a running shoe and a volleyball shoe. Save your time and money and go to Fleet Feet or Raleigh Running Outfitters.
Description of Work: Shopping in the shoe department at Dick's in Beaver Creek Commons.
