Great experience

I would certainly agree with all the positive comments about Toushar Modi and his business, Computerguru4you that have been made. I used Toushar to set up a new desktop PC, reinstall a hard drive from my old PC and transfer some of my data. Toushar did it very quickly. Through out the process Toushar took me through everything, asked many questions to understand what I wanted & needed, and then made some excellent suggestions. If one is willing to listen to him he can offer some excellent advice on taking full advantage of your PCs capabilities. When my new PC was ready he took the time to take me through the whole new setup and how it works. He also showed me all the tools he installed as part of his package of support. Bottom line, he did a great job and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer assistance.

This review seems too good...I get it! But if you are not tech savvy, then you definitely need to know about this business. I have used CompuGuru4u over the past 5+ years for business and personal needs. I have always been extremely grateful for the experience, integrity, professionalism and expediency they give each time. It is so valuable to have them as a resource when you need it!

I've been using Compuguru4u for over 10 years. I have always got outstanding service. Tushar goes above and beyond my expectations. He tells me what the problem is before I leave the store. We discuss what my options are. AND he tells me whether or not it's worth the money to do the repairs (which is a loss of revenue to him!). I wouldn't go to anyone else with my computer problems!

Mr. Modi installed a new SSD drive which was a great upgrade. He completed the work on time and at exactly the price quoted. Also, last year Mr. Modi me with a computer monitor issue. He is knowledgeable, professional, and nice to work with. I highly recommend him.

Tushar is wonderful and easy to work with. I appreciated his knowledge and was thankful he recommended a different type of Hard Drive than I had. The performance is much better than when the computer was new.

It went great. The work was completed in one day. He helped me get outlook set up again when I came to pickup the computer. He also made recommendations regarding anti virus software and a program to use to back up data efficiently. The next day I called with a few questions mostly regarding settings for my monitor and he took the time to help me by using team viewer. I was very pleased with the work he performed. The following week we replaced my husband's computer with a new one and hired Tushar transfer the data and set up the new computer. Again, work was completed in less than 24 hours. The price was very reasonable. $550 for new SSD harddrive, OS reinstall and data transfer. $190 for data transfer and set up for the new computer. I've used other computer repair services in the past but this was by far the best experience I've had. I highly recommend CompuGuru.

Mr. Modi completed all of the above, no small task, in 24 hours. The computer is faster and operates with no glitches or errors. He has my business from here on out!

Mr. Tushar was patient with me and prompt in providing service.  I am pleased.

3 1/2 years ago Tushar came to the house to set up our network and since then has helped us with several system and hardware updates for our Macs.  We've never been disappointed.

With a convenient storefront and prompt phone response, he's always accessible.  He analyzes problems correctly and, unlike some tech support people, knows how to solve them without resorting to internet chat rooms for help.  He explains things clearly (and repeatedly, if necessary) and encourages us to learn how to solve problems ourselves.  He's made several excellent recommendations of  add on's for efficiency and security.

Overall excellent, reliable, and enthusiastic  service.

Mr. Modi is fantastic!  He knows what he is doing, did exactly what he said he would do and stayed in touch with me during the process.  I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.  I feel I got good value for money and a lot of free expert advice.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for computer repairs.

Tushar Modi is a great person, very knowledgeable, and delivers every time on what is promised.  There is no reason for you to take your computer to anyone else, unless you want to take a chance on being disappointed or overcharged.

I went to them. They were very friendly. He remembered me actually from last time. He's very courteous. He had lots of extra advice and computer tips, things that amateur computer user doesn't always know so, it went fine. I'd give them A for all the categories. They had a cool device that they would take all the hard drives out and then like can stick it on this place and copy it all on to an external drive that I had.

I called in the morning and was told to bring it in that day.  I got it there at 10:30 and he had it fixed by 1pm.  The cost was reasonable and I was only without my laptop for a couple of hours.  I would definitely take it back there with any problems.

My daughter's laptop was overheating and would not run. Tushar (the owner), took the computer and first tried some simple fixes such as cleaning the fan to see if we could get away with a "cheap fix".  Unfortunately that didn't work and he had to order a new and and replace it. The price was actually a few $ less that what he quoted because he did some shopping and found a less expensive supplier of the part.  He had the computer fixed and back to me is less that a week.  Overall a great professional job.
