Jim, has a quirky sense of humor which I appreciate. His crew was very personable and they were very sensitive to my anxiousness, (The anxiety was due to another landscaper who completely botched a previous job.) as I questioned what they were doing multiple times during the project. The yard looks so much better with their remediation.
