She was very responsive and helped to walk us through all the underwriting requests from the mortgage lender, in many cases drafting response letters that we only had to proof and sign. Due to her quick work and responsiveness we were able to close within a month of signing the P&S agreement.

Description of Work: Jodie Disbro has always been my local goto for any refi or home purchased loans since living in NC! Note, I don't remember how much I spent but fees were standard and minimum. She values her customers and replies PROMPTLY to any questions you may have...sometimes within 15 minutes!! The key to using a lender like her, she works with many banks and can customize the loan specific to our individual situation. Plus since you're not limited to one financial institution, she will get you the best rate she's capable of obtaining within the market conditions at the time. I've referred several close friends to Jodie Disbro and they've all had great feedback on their experience. I highly recommend at least calling her for an initial consultation or discussion. She's the best I've ever worked with and puts the customer first! And she's local and not 5 states away!!

Time and time again, she worked with the mortgage company to make sure that we were able to close on our house. She walked us through all the details to make sure that we understood everything. She also came up with different options to help us save money. She even took a pay cut to help us save 450 USD! She also came to our closing during her vacation to make sure everything went smoothly. We recommend Jodie with no reservations! She is amazing!
