We worked with Jodie Disbro.  She was very responsive and helped to walk us through all the underwriting requests from the mortgage lender, in many cases drafting response letters that we only had to proof and sign.  Due to her quick work and responsiveness we were able to close within a month of signing the P&S agreement.

Jodie was amazing. She was able to get us the best rate. She always had our best interest in mind.  Time and time again, she worked with the mortgage company to make sure that we were able to close on our house. She walked us through all the details to make sure that we understood everything. She also came up with different options to help us save money.  She even took a pay cut to help us save 450 USD!  She also came to our closing during her vacation to make sure everything went smoothly.
We recommend Jodie with no reservations!  She is amazing!
