Bland Landscaping Co Inc were okay. Their services were average.

They are a premium company. They do great work but they are not the cheapest. They seem very knowledgeable. We had another provider who trimmed our Rosemary bushes back because they did not know what they were doing and ended up killing almost all of them. However, Bland Landscaping knows how to trim things, they do not send in people who are just labourers to do the work. They do a very good job. In terms of price, we used them for coming out and doing a lot of work in one day, the price is very competitive, I would say pretty mid range. They also intend to do ongoing landscaping on a weekly basis, which is pretty pricey. They are pricey because they offer a lot. For the amount of work they do their price is competitive. I would use their services again in the future.

Bland Landscaping began taking care of our property after I tried 4 other larger landscape maintenance companies over a span of 7 years. I was constantly dissatisfied with those other companies but tried to stick with them to keep the cost down. For all that time my lawn was struggling and our extensive landscaping looked kind of tired, just kind of blah. I had an opportunity to deal with Bland on a large community project where Bland employees donated time and some materials and was very impressed with their attitudes (they were really into the project) and attention to detail (they cut no corners despite the fact that it was being done for free). When I became disenchanted with our latest company I called Bland. Their all inclusive quote (cutting, pruning, fertilization, seasonal flowers, leaf removal, tree care and irrigation) was much more than I had been paying but I decided to give them a try. Since Bland took charge of our weekly maintenance our entire property looks incredible! For 7 years no one could make it look top-notch and Bland did it in less than 2 months. They show up every week at about the same time, spend between and hour and a half and 2 hours cutting, blowing trimming and primping flower beds on our 3/4 acre lot. They take the time to get things right. They are responsive and most importantly PRO ACTIVE and knowledgable. I am not doing an adequate job of conveying how happy we are now that we have a truly professional landscape maintenance company. Incidentally, we have had them do a number of small landscape projects and they were great at that too.
