We had a good experience. They seemed to have a fair price, and were very professional.

They fixed a leak in my roof. They were referred to my by another roofing company. I didn't really compare the prices but I guess it was excellent.

Everything went very well. They are very nice people to work with. They even gave me a discount.

Our roof over the garage had a major leek resulting in damage to the ceiling of the garage. Mr. Clement responded to my call, came when he stated he would, gave what we considered a very reasonable estimate to repair the roof and fix the leak. He came the next day and did everything he said he would do. We have had significant rain since then and the roof does not appear to be leaking. Good job!

There's not a lot to say. They replied to my call, came to the door, examined the damage, quoted a price, fixed the issue and were on their way in less than 24 hours total. In short, it was a great experience and I would use them again without any second thoughts if the need were to arise.

I received a call back the evening of the same day I called. They came out as quickly as possible and repaired the 2 leaky vents without me having to take time off of work to be there. I was very pleased with the promptness and the quality of the work. Thanks Dale!!

I had used Ark Roofing once before and found them to be fast, professional, and reasonable so of course I called them again. Dale came out and took a look at the roof, then came back a couple days later to repair it. He left a bill in my door. It was all very easy and stress-free for me. This is the second time I've used Ark Roofing to repair my roof. The first time I called them because my porch ceiling was dripping water whenever it rained, and they replaced a few shingles on my porch roof that weren't nailed into the slats underneath. They also took a look at my screened porch roof, which I had seen leaking during a rainstorm a few weeks before, but concluded that no repairs were needed; there was just some branches and debris on the roof that was causing water to pool. Overall, they seem very honest and are very easy to work with. I would call them anytime I need a roof repair.

It was excellent. They seemed to know what they were doing. Very professional and efficient. The prices was very reasonable I thought. They were also very personable. I was completely satisfied, I think we're going to hire them again.

Overall, the experience is excellent. I feel like I can trust their judgement and they provide good results. I've used this company several times. They are usually able to come out the next day after I call. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

Very good pricing and seemed concerned about their work. Came back when I called about an additonal problem. They get busy with other work and may not contact you right away but eventually they call back. It is worth the wait for thre pricing. Roofing repairs can be all over the place as far as costs - easy to get over charged if you don't pay attention. Very happy.

A representative from Ark Roofing returned my call the same day to discuss my situation. We set a date for an inspection and estimate. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate, and was able to perform repairs during the same visit. The repairs were made professionally, efficiently, and affordably. Cannot ask for more.

Shingles had blown off the roof during a storm. I called Dale and arranged a time for him to come out and replace the shingles. He arrived at the agreed upon time, provided an estimate, and did the work as agreed. I am very satisfied with his work and will use him again. I have recommended him to friends.

This roof repair was great from start to finish. I called Ark Roofing for an estimate after seeing a few sections of the roof starting to warp and push up on the shingles. I set up a time for them to come by. He called and asked could come early even though I wouldnt be home at the time. I told them that would be fine. He called me a few hours later and explained what needed to be repaired, 4 sections of plywood needed to be replaced and he also said that the 4 plumbing boots were dry rotting and cracking and they should be replaced.He told me how he would do it, and with a fair price. We scheduled the repairs for a few days later even though I was going to be out of town. He said he would leave a bill so I could mail payment to him. Job was completed as said and looks great. So yes, I have never seen or met these people and that my friend is what I call TRUST. It couldnt have been easier. I couldnt be happier with the work they did.

Dale and helper (his son maybe?) arrived at 7:30 AM as agreed. They quickly went about setting up a ladder and staging other tools necessary to complete the job. They were done in less then 90 minutes. I could not be more pleased. After Dale installed the new fan, I made the electrical connection (just moved wires from the old fan control to the new one), Dale informed me early on that he did not do the electrical part of the job. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any situation when I needed a roof repair of the type they specialize in.

We are very pleased with Ark roofing and the work they did. Dale, the owner, and his son came out and looked at two areas we are having trouble with rain coming in. One was our screened-in porch vent ridge. They came out and took off the original one and the extra shingles, then replaced it with a proper sized roof ridge vent. We feel their price was fair and they have great customer service. We may hire them for our other job, the front porch. We are still weighing our options for fixing it (they don't work with metal roofing) and checking with the development assocation.

I had a small leak in roof and an area of rooted wood in one of my rafters. They worked fast and were very good about replacing the shingles so the roof never even looked like it had a leak!

This is the second time I used Dale and it was a good experience.He is very easy to deal with and tells you straight what you need and the cost upfront.

They came to do the work, but had to come back twice to fix the leak. They were able to handle the other leak the first time. They did come when they said they would and then followed up by coming back to make the work right. I would use them again in the future if needed.
