Quality work was done on time. The estimate was very reasonable and the final bill was actually lower than the initial estimate.

Great quality, great price, easy to work with, prompt. This is the second time I have used Ark and they were excellent both times.

They are very busy, so scheduling the estimate took a while. Since it was a small repair we were fit into the schedule when they had time. Once the time was available, they arrived promptly at the time scheduled and were efficient. They cleaned up completely, no debris was left behind. I called with a question about the work and was called back the same day. The cost of the repair was lower than other estimates I had received from other companies.

He was very responsive and came the day after we told him to go ahead with the work. His estimate was dead on. We were in the process of putting the house on the market and needed a quick inexpensive repair. He could have insisted we needed additional work done, and he did make suggestions, but he understood our situation, which was an estate closing.

I first came into contact with Ark when I called another company and they were too busy to come out.  That company referred me to Ark and I have used them 2-3 times since.  Even though I'm generally unable to be home, Ark came out and did a fine job.  They were prompt, professional, and did great work each time I've needed their services.

They were very efficient, reasonably priced, and did a great job. I would actually like to use them again for 2 jobs on 2 different houses, but they are scheduling 2 months out--not surprised given the quality of the work.

They made no effort to discuss the repair before getting started. Instead, they started popping off shingle tabs where there were nail holes and replaced with new shingle tabs that did not match. So this left behind a mottled look on the roof with the new shingles standing out from the 10 year old shingles. But with other repair options available, this was the most expensive and ugliest way to go. For 1) we already had similar nail holes repaired by another roofer using roofing caulk that were performing fine, and 2) since he failed to discuss the repair in advance, he did not know we already had new matching shingles onsite and charged us for new shingles. So I asked for the blemishes to be fixed and he said our new matching shingles would cause the same problem. So I then asked him to use shingles from the backside of the roof that were hidden from view, which he did for an additional charge. But once again, he made no effort to contact me when he was here. Instead, I discovered the repair was complete after looking up one day. The second repair went the same way, with no effort to discuss the repair before getting started. So I just paid and let it be over.

I've used Ark Roofing several times over the years whenever I needed roof work done and have always received a fair price and excellent service. Not only does Dale promptly return your calls for service, he's as honest and trustworthy as they come both in workmanship quality and providing accurate assessment analysis of what repair work needs to be done to correct any issue and the overall condition of the roof in general. Unfortunately, Ark Roofing does not do full roof replacements...but for roof repairs you can't go wrong with hiring Dale and his son.

It went very well he brought down the 4 boots he removed for my inspection. He showed me the wear.We have had some heavy rain since the job and I could find no leaks. Very happy with ark

Very professional..courteous..and punctual.

Had a small opening where the roof meets the wall that allowed bird to enter. I have used ARK in the past to fix a leak in the roof when we purchased the home and was happy with them. I wish all service providers where this qualified and courteous.

As usual, I was very pleased. I have used Dale and his son services for many many years. They always do good work, and are very honest. For this job, I needed to have a roof repair done on an outbuilding, and I wanted Dale to check the roofing on my house for integrity. My roof has a history of popped nails because of the way it is constructed. Dale found that one of my roof vents was beginning to crack, so he replaced it.

The provider was excellent. Him and his son came to the house on time and prepared. They carried out the work efficiently and even replaced two lightbulbs up near the roof for me. Very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend and will use in the future for any roof work I need.

Rain water was leaking behind and over new gutters. Ark was recommended by Scro's Roofing since the gutter installers said it was a roof problem. Ark investigated and stated it was not a roof issue but water backing up due to the siding. They checked the roof out and assure me roof was in good shape and shingles were good for 25yrs. They did find that the boots were starting to crack. The boots fit over the plumbing pipes and keeps water from entering. They replaced all 3 while they were here and let me inspect the boots they pulled off. They even removed a old vinyal strip that was nailed to the roof when it was originally installed and patched that portion. Great job, good price, fast and curtious. Father and son company. Would recommend them.

They were good. I had no problems at all. Their pricing was competitive, we did some comparison shopping. They were fine. They had no surprise charges. They did what we asked them to do and they were on time. We had no problems at all.

This work was done to fix previous repairs on the same problems. They were on time and were finished in a reasonable time frame. New experience for me was the owner and his son did the work themselves. As far as I can tell what they did fixed all my issues. I will be recommending Ark Roofing Co. to a friend.

Replaced rotten decking and felt paper and replaced shingles. Removed old water heater vent and replaced 3 plumbing flashings. I came back from work and every thing had been completed, staying home was not necessary. Quality of work and clean up an A+.

Very thorough and professional. I have used them twice in the past and would certainly use them again. I like supporting local businesses that do good quality work. The price was a little higher than I would have liked but was not unreasonable.
