My appointment to install a new deadbolt was made for 4 PM. I really had wanted an appointment a bit earlier in the day. Juan R was able to come to my home about two hours before the scheduled time. He re-keyed the new deadbolt, and installed it in about an hour. I am very pleased with the work that was done. THANK YOU!
