"This customer was very understanding when in fact the employee that was sick, stopped me from finishing on the first day, however having work already scheduled that I had to work around I could not finish the next day. I am a one man band, that does a phenomenal job,with unusually one worker, This house has over 70 Windows that are the true divided lights, with a lot of Tlc can make look beautiful. However...most all of the screens were bent from a prior company, the customer instructed us on this and wanted us to pull the screen out from the inside,which we did by unlocking and pushing out the bottom procedure. I tried explaining the steps that we take, I just don't think he understood. And as for the contacting us on the screens later, I called and apologized the phone number they were calling was a landline number that is in my office, I was out of town for a week only to find the messages that he had left, and immediate called, but he would not answer, I wanted to help him with his screens, but he never answered me back.
