He was really professional and knowledgeable. He was cordial. He answered my questions. He was more than happy to check everything and make sure it was ok. I had to have him come back because a little while after he left when fixing the original problem, there was another leak. It was one of those things where it was a chain reaction. A lot of service providers would have a bad attitude about that sort of thing (having to come back out), but he had a good attitude. He wasn't grumpy or cranky. He was very friendly, professional and conversational. He found the problem and fixed it.
