Pool and Spa Servicing
Based on the progress we had to give them another check for over $5,000. We paid the money on May 11 the day they dropped off the equipment. We have complained and complained. He said he came over to check things, but that is not true. It is a complete mess, we have pictures and we will be taking them to court if we have to. We have called many times with no call back. We contacted another company on 8/10 and they came out yesterday and had the pool completed in 2 days versus this company that did nothing for 5 months. I left a message requesting that Leisure Pools call me because I no longer wanted their service and I wanted my money back. All we want is our deposit back because they did absolutely nothing for us. It has been a week and still no one has returned our calls.
